There are amenities that I have never seen before, e.g., electronic soft closures on all doors. Plus the performance, interior design and quality that you would expect in an Audi.

The vehicle I had been exploring was sold so Albert took time to help me find something that benefited my family but fit in my price range. There was a lot of time spent ensuring I understood the process and the next steps. I liked the open door policy and not pressured into having to buy. I was able to locate vehicle that I have been driving for a few weeks and love. Albert even helped me with gaining insurance. I felt welcomed the whole time and left feeling informed. Great service center. Recently went in for routine service on my 2021 Q5. As always the service was easy to access on a convenient date, easy drop off pick up, videos and texts were sent while my car was being worked on - and managed by my service rep, Vanessa! They make it very easy to maintain your car - admittedly, it helps having a vehicle that’s never given me a problem (🤔 I wonder if there’s a connection) Thanks Vanessa, thanks Audi

We have dogs who are getting older so we needed a car that was easier for them jump into. We live in MA and have a house ME, so we also needed car that can handles lots of snow. This car is absolutely perfect. After 8 SUVs, the transition to the AUDI was seamless. We have done 6 trips to ME [200 miles each way] and the car drives like a dream. The optional massage function is fantastic and you arrive with out being sore from sitting for 4 hours. The level of technology was a little intimidating at first, but after about two weeks, you realize that all the functions are intuitively built into the platform. The car is FAST! 0-60 in about 5 secs.

The nice thing about working with this dealership was we were able to negotiate everything over the phone and that way we could go pick up the car and everything was prepared and ready and we were in and out of there in no time

I submitted a request to see 3 Audi SQ5's and was contacted by Graham the next morning. I told him that we didn't have much time, but were going to come by to see the 3 cars. He had one out and waiting for me out front, and this was the one I ended up purchasing that day. Graham went above and beyond to make it a great experience and was able to negotiate a fair trade in value for my Bronco Sport. Upon pick-up, we noticed something when driving home and notified Graham. He got back to us in minutes with an appointment to drop off, and we had the car back in 2 days. During that time, he made sure we were taken care of with very nice rental vehicles and was in communication with us about the progress.
