Great purchasing experience, no hassles and not pushy.

I recently purchased a used Audi A7 from Audi Nashua. I originally wasn’t sure I would be able to make the purchase work but Matt LaBreque helped me to work a deal that made it a no brainer. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Matt and Audi Nashua. Everyone there was personable and service was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend Matt and Audi of Nashua to anyone looking to buy a new car.

From the moment I first walked in till my last visit , the customer service I received from Audi of Nashua was impeccable. The entire car buying experience was phenomenal and not rushed at all, taking the time to fully understand what it is I am looking for and understanding my deal breakers. Never wasting time on the nuances that lots of other dealerships struggle to implement well. Furthermore, this dealership is extremely lucky to have Matt LaBrecque. It is obvious his work ethic, attentiveness, and service to the customer is everything I could ask for. I had an awesome car buying experience at Audi Nashua with Matt labrecque. Through the whole experience I felt like I was the number one priority. Matt was always there if I had any questions and really wanted to sell me a car that I would enjoy. I never felt like pressured into buying something I didn't want. The recon department also did an amazing job detailing the car. The interior, exterior, and engine bay looked great. The finance department also gave me a lot of usual information like how I can refinance my loan and get a lower interest rate. Overall I had an awesome Audi experience and I love my new to me s4!

Although Audi of Burlington is where I purchased my Audi I had my Q3 towed there as a tire fragment hit under my vehicle and damaged my oil maintenance sensor. Derek at the service desk immediately took care of me by providing a loaner car for my ride back to Cape Cod, called me when I got home and explained the process to fix my car providing a video of the damaged area and a thorough explanation of the work involved. All people I dealt with there were extremely nice and thorough.
