I had a totally pleasant experience at the Audi Long Beach dealership as I was interested in an Audi TTS advertised online. Mr. Kien Phan provided clear, competent details of the essential functions of the vehicle both during the test drive and after the purchase, and Mr Sepulveda patiently discussed financial aspects of the purchase and trade-in over two days (since I needed an overnight reflection period!). When I returned for additional questions after the purchase was satisfactorily completed, Mr. Phan again took the time to answer fully all my requests (in particular I could not raise the spoiler, and I am one of those who hate to check details on an online document). In fact, Mr. Phan found for me an actual paper technical manual, which made me very happy. I know that I can rely on the staff for any follow-up issues. Thank you to all for your competence and courtesy! I love my new TTS. I used to have the first TT quattro model (1999- 2000) that I kept for 13 years, and drove safely in snow, ice and hot weather. I missed it when I subsequently bought a different car. Now I'm happy to drive again this beautiful, dynamic machine, and I am sorry Audi decided to discontinue this great vehicle. In conclusion, I believe that the Audi dealership at Long Beach meets all the professional standards one can expect when buying a new vehicle.

The entire staff was extremely helpful and made great efforts to ensure my experience was top of the line. The entire staff knew I was on limited time and did everything possible to expedite my purchase and trade in; by the time I got to the dealership, everything was prepared. Jeremy Bullock was in front of the dealership waiting for me to greet me, which was a nice surprise. He and Johnny made sure I was well taken care of throughout my time waiting. Everyone treated me with open arms and communicated every detail. They met every expectation and went above and beyond, in my opinion. Pablo was very helpful and ensured I understood everything about my contract. Throughout my visit, every person that was working with me ensured I was confortable and checked if I needed anything whatsoever. They were cognizant of my time restraint so made sure to update me on where everythig was during the process. I was able to purchase the car I wanted within an hour on a really busy day. I would return for another future purchase hair because of these guys!!!

The other dealership was treating us like WE should be honored that They were helping us, we went to Beverly Hills Audi. Wow! What a difference. Ryan Bradley was amazing, honest and fair. He made sure we received all the tax credits and came thru with everything promised. We found the right place.
