Auto Discount Mall review
I had a great experience with Eddie, the sales representative. My van is running great and it is clean and I love it! When we got into the car one of the headsets did not work and Eddie immediately got online and had one mailed to our house. Came back to Kokomo and my mechanic found that the transmission line needed replaced, so Eddie told him to replace it and mailed a check so I could pay my mechanic, instead of having to drive the car an hour back to Anderson. I really appreciate the help that I received and also how quick and efficient everything was even though Eddie was the only one there that day. He did a great job!

I just purchased my fourth VW from Tom Wood Volkswagen in Noblesville. I first met Mike Thompson in 2018, and he recently handed me the keys to a beautiful Blue 2022 Passat. Mike was a pro in the process and knowledgeable to get my questions answered. I sincerely feel the service and hospitality has always been excellent here, and this experience followed that history. Thank you, Mike! I’d also like to add… all of us can buy a car anywhere. My 2022 Certified Passat was sold and serviced with Tom Wood Noblesville, and that customer’s relationship is what brought this road machine back to the dealership. Relationships are important to me, and I recommend Tom Wood VW because of the relationships they build with customers. When I’m in the dealership, that’s what I’ve seen since the day I met Mike. Over the last several years I’ve met lots of folks here, now it feels like their old friends. Mike always says hi when he passes by, and everyone in every department is friendly. This is a great place to buy a car!

Next Gear Auto Sales review
I was a new grad and bought my first car (Toyota Corolla) from here.. The guys actually listened to my wants vs. needs and helped me find the most reliable option since I had a 2-hour daily commute to work. It has ran great for 3+ years and all i did was regular maintanence updates on it.. If you're having problems with a car (from here or anywhere...), there's a good chance it's more about how it's being taken care of than the car itself.. I made sure to do my research, speak with third-party mechanics about it before buying, and stayed true to upkeep with monthly checks. It goes a long way so you don't miss anything 6 months down the line that it was warning you about before. I recently sold it to upgrade to a larger car, but I'll always appreciate the guidance I got when making such an important first purchase. If you're looking for a dealership, that won't purposely sell you a horrible car, this is the place i felt most comfortable with after speaking with 10+ dealers.
2016 Audi Q3 review
2016 Q3 Quattro Prestige. Bought used at 38,000 miles. No I have 51,000 miles. I'll make this succinct. 1. Great Comfort 2. Quattro is AMAZING in the snow! I've tested it! 3. Handling is solid and fantastic (in the Prestige trim as the OEM tires are 19" and wider for much better performance). Cannot speak to the other trims 3. Mediocre engine power as stock. I have the APR stage 1 upgrade that basically increases HP by a solid 50% and it is VERY noticeable!. 4. Sound system - Fabulous! 5. Navigation is mediocre and the screen is a bit small and the placement is awkward to me. But it does work. 6. reliability - This is a big one. So far so good. I am keeping an eye on the engine (checking the oil at least once per week). There are several class action lawsuits out there for this engine (one on the timing chain and one on the pistons / rings). Keep an eye on those.
