I had no choice, my car of 20 years, which I bought brand new in 1999 was done. With so many websites ( I looked at several), I was not sure where to go. Then someone mentioned Car Max to me. I looked on line and saw a few cars I was interested in. The next weekend I drove to Colma to checked out and test drive a couple of cars. I decided to ask about Hybrids...you had 2. I test drove one of them and could not resist. I bought it. I was very impressed with the buying process. It was quick, easy and believe it or not relaxing since the sales person completed the paper work for me. Yes, I had to sign several sheets but that was a given. Something I was dreading for the past two years, was so surprisingly easy I couldn't believe it!!!

I have good experience with this dealership. Pro and cons: Pro: excellent customer service. Thank you Valerie Naval. She helped me and explained everything I asked her. Cons: Car needs to be prep for sale, deep cleaning or at least check it out for anything leftover from previous owner. But Valerie offer me reimbursement for detailing my car. Most of all if you don't like your car for any reason return policy excellent with out any hidden fees, check with your salesperson for details. I would recommend Carmax to my friends .

Windshield washer sprayers are from 1970s only spray bottom half of window. Jerky when auto shifting, don’t feel turbo Overall Sporty car, fun to drive.

2024 Audi Q3 review
I purchased this vehicle preowned. For the price I paid, this vehicle definitely was worth it! As a former Lexus owner, I am accustomed to leather heated seats and other amenities, but I am definitely impressed with the speed in which the vehicle is able to leap into moving traffic on the highway. There is ample legroom for backseat passengers, even while I (at 5'10 ) am driving. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my Audi Q3.

2016 Audi Q3 review
2016 Q3 Quattro Prestige. Bought used at 38,000 miles. No I have 51,000 miles. I'll make this succinct. 1. Great Comfort 2. Quattro is AMAZING in the snow! I've tested it! 3. Handling is solid and fantastic (in the Prestige trim as the OEM tires are 19" and wider for much better performance). Cannot speak to the other trims 3. Mediocre engine power as stock. I have the APR stage 1 upgrade that basically increases HP by a solid 50% and it is VERY noticeable!. 4. Sound system - Fabulous! 5. Navigation is mediocre and the screen is a bit small and the placement is awkward to me. But it does work. 6. reliability - This is a big one. So far so good. I am keeping an eye on the engine (checking the oil at least once per week). There are several class action lawsuits out there for this engine (one on the timing chain and one on the pistons / rings). Keep an eye on those.

Capitol Ford review
From the initial contact in the evening to driving home in a new car before noon the following day. Cody Elemen was great, ( laid back, no pressure and efficient). He got everything squared away on his end before i got there so i could just sign the needed documents and be on my way, wasn't even at the dealership 2hrs total (included test driving the car, running a credit check, securing financing, signing paperwork). They also fueled the tank up all the way which was appreciated. Capital offered a fair deal a few% under msrp and Ford credit got my apr way lower on the loan than any bank rate going these days. Rachel Murphy in finance finished the transaction and didn't rush me thru the process, ( we were done with all of it in under 20 min) and explained what forms were for what and answered any questions I had. 2019 Audi Q3 review
I originally wanted Q5, however for a busy city like DC I had to come compact.. actually sub-compact :) I like Q3 in a newer body (2019+) as it’s not only designed great but also has interior and safety features! This fall I’ve got used to a fully loaded grey metallic Q3 2019 S Line Premium Plus. Superb! Lots of safety features, big console, and display, panoramic roof, aggressive look, small city size, and space full trunk. I’m 6.2’. As tall I’m I sit comfortably and have a space for another 6ft behind me. Comfort. Style. Technology. Safety. All you need to know about the new Q3. The only one you have to consider - is the gas mileage. It gives me on average 21. However someday you can even put regular and it still runs. Going for the premium plus now and with a full tank to drive up to 350 miles. I would not change anything. It is a drive and is steady even during rain. So, you got what you paid. Used with 35K miles great choice for me as I have no kinds at the moment. Go for Q5 if you have to drive family members or need more trunk space (family or 4. Airport rides) Get it!

I was searching for an Ecosport on Cars.com and found an awesome deal at Watsonville Ford. I live 400 miles away, so I was wary of bait and switch which some dealers practice. But, we negotiated a deal and arranged financing online, I flew into san Jose (about 50 minutes away), they had a nice young man pick me up, I test drove the vehicle I was buying to the dealership. The paperwork was waiting for me, I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. No games were played, the process could not have been easier. 2024 Audi Q3 review
I purchased this vehicle when I traded in my 2021 Acura RDX. I like it because the Audi Q3 is smaller than my Acura. So far, the Audi has been a pleasure to drive. We'll see if I still feel the same way in a year or two. Hope so!

Dublin Volkswagen review
I have been taking my teenage daughter shopping to look for her first car. Since we have no particular vehicle in mind, we have visited many dealerships. Larry at Dublin VW has been by far the most knowledgeable and friendly sales representative we have met. He took a great deal of time to explain the features of the vehicles we looked at in great detail, and he was very friendly. We have visited the dealership a few times, and when Larry was busy assisting other customers, we were quickly helped by other sales representatives who were all very helpful and friendly as well.

Great all around car, no reliability issues. Fun to drive and is big enough to comfortably seat 5. I have really enjoyed this new car.
