We were immediately greeted upon driving up to the lot everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable and made the process super easy. Very comfortable drive and ride, has all the top shelf features for comfort, technology, safety . Sturdy buttons, interior materials are high class. Can take 89/91 grade gasoline. City drive is 25mpg, highway is upto 32mpg. oil change intervals is 10000mile . Seats in the back recline by adjustment, making it comfortable in long drives. Recently had a 14hour highway drive- was feeling refreshed even at the end of the day. The highway drive at night was not fatiguing to the eyes, likely because the glass quality must be really good compared to other brands. Wish they had a hybrid version to get better mpg or even better, a plug in hybrid version would be welcome for the future. The trunk space is small and can fit only one international size suitcase.

I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

I purchased this vehicle preowned. For the price I paid, this vehicle definitely was worth it! As a former Lexus owner, I am accustomed to leather heated seats and other amenities, but I am definitely impressed with the speed in which the vehicle is able to leap into moving traffic on the highway. There is ample legroom for backseat passengers, even while I (at 5'10 ) am driving. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my Audi Q3.

Pleasant interaction with the salesman, Rid. He showed us the SUV we were interested in, and it was as advertised. Clean and had all the features we were looking for. We did not buy it because we found another make/model that worked better for our needs.

Windshield washer sprayers are from 1970s only spray bottom half of window. Jerky when auto shifting, don’t feel turbo Overall Sporty car, fun to drive.

The Audi Q3 is a very good car. My daughter absolutely loves it. The performance is awesome, the exterior, and interior looks very sporty, and the grill looks amazing!

My only negative is that the seats are very stiff in winter and uncomfortable. Without remote start it takes awhile to warm up. And you cannot leave it to warm up locked. I also find the headrest to be too far back. My favorite features 1st the sound system! I feel like I’m at my own personal concert. In addition to this the Q3 is so quiet so I don’t have to try to hear my audio book above the pot holes, suspension, and trucks around me. 2nd The luxury is in the details. Everything from the indoor running lights you can change, the lift gate level adjustment, the finer details of the wood panels and spacious interior. 3rd The ease of everything. Adaptive cruise, lane assistance, the lift gate opening and closing with just a kick, opening the doors with the key in my pocket, phone charger. 4th The technology. Oh it’s so lovely. Maps, music, customizing every little thing to my own personal preference on the dash and steering wheel. It’s a lovely vehicle. I wanted another small car but fell in love with the Q3. It is smaller so I don’t feel like I’m taking up too much space. I don’t have offspring so it’s more than enough room.

My 2024 Subaru was in for it's first checkup. As always, the process for efficient and pleasant. The employees are nice and informative. The 2020 Q3 is a pleasure to drive and has so many technological innovations. It is a pretty small SUV with smallish backseat and cargo space but it’s very spacious upfront.

I designed what I wanted on the Audi website and it connected me with McKenna, my nearby dealership we've been going to for maintenance on my old Audi A3 convertible since 2015. We lost our car to an accident in May and it was time to replace it. Benjamin M. was the first to reply to order with an email that they had my car on the floor. I was skeptical since I had customized everything online, and I was right to be because when I got there it was slightly different. The year was a 2019 not a 2020, and the color was black, not blue. Ben explained that it could take 4-6 months (or longer with COVID delays) to get the 2020 model in, and I knew by that time that the 2021's would be in. However, everything else I wanted was an exact match to my specs, including the tires, interior choices and luxury package. My family agreed that we all liked the blue, but this black was super classy and would be a nice change. Ben was able to knock off nearly $6k from what I was expecting to pay thanks to a promo they were running. I paid $10k down and I was credit cleared in about 5 minutes. In no-time, I was in Nicole's office choosing warranty options and wrapping up paperwork. Nicole was a machine, whipping through the pile of documents they required, and was super knowledgeable and transparent about the warranty options. I felt like I picked the best options based on my limited miles I drive and doing the math on repairs and maintenance from my last car (I'll definitely be saving some money over time). Within an hour I was out the door in my new Audi A5 Quattro convertible, top down and getting smiles and looks from other drivers. Ben was also able to hook up some swag from the store, including a key chain and hat. I also purchased a jacket and thermos to show my love for the brand. I LOVE my car, paid less than I expected to, and had an incredible experience at McKenna Audi!
