I took my Tuscan in for front brake work and an oil change. Rae greeted me and helped me get signed in. She also arranged for an Uber drive home. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. My car was done in the time allotted so it all worked out smoothly. She also kept in touch with me via text and asked if I needed a ride to pick up my car. I had already arranged for a ride. Very comfortable drive and ride, has all the top shelf features for comfort, technology, safety . Sturdy buttons, interior materials are high class. Can take 89/91 grade gasoline. City drive is 25mpg, highway is upto 32mpg. oil change intervals is 10000mile . Seats in the back recline by adjustment, making it comfortable in long drives. Recently had a 14hour highway drive- was feeling refreshed even at the end of the day. The highway drive at night was not fatiguing to the eyes, likely because the glass quality must be really good compared to other brands. Wish they had a hybrid version to get better mpg or even better, a plug in hybrid version would be welcome for the future. The trunk space is small and can fit only one international size suitcase.

My first audi ever. So far i have driven it for 9 months and honestly has been problem free. Great value mechanical wise. Inside styling is nothing special. Infotainment system is hyper dated; the only issue i really have is the bluetooth randomly deactivating. Over all I was expecting the q3 to be a head ache and finally its not. For a cross over hatchback suv there shockingly a lot of space which for me is the whole reason why it might be hard to part with it one day!

I usually lease my cars. I loved this one so much, I bought it. My only issue is that it was recalled 4 months after I purchased it. Sue to the supply chain issues, it took nearly 4 months for the parts to fix it. I did have a loaner for the 4 months, but it was disappointing. I love the car and would purchase again.

I purchased a used car from this dealership. I was searching for a 4x4 SUV and found a 2008 BMW X5 here. The car was in great condition for its age. Note - their cars seemed to all be a lot cleaner and better looking than other places I looked. I was two hours away so I contacted them by phone, very pleasant and well spoken and asked for an honest description of the vehicle since we all know pictures can be photoshopped. I spoke to a gentleman who answered all my questions and even told me about the imperfections he found that weren't easy to see in the pics. I was impressed so I came to see the BMW myself and I was shocked! It was exactly as was described (when does that happen with used car salesmen?). The paperwork was simple and the facility was car themed, nice touch! The reviews about the people being very friendly and genuine is true, all around impressed and happy with the whole transaction. I have had my SUV for about three months now and I still couldn't be happier. Well worth the trip and feel confident working with them again. Highly recommend!

Before I came to Roseville Toyota, I knew exactly which car I wanted: a 2022 Prius Prime LE in Blue Magnetism, and I was not willing to compromise on the color. After searching through all my local dealerships in Southern California, I was finally able to find one in transit to Roseville, abour 430 miles north of me. I have good experience with this dealership. Pro and cons: Pro: excellent customer service. Thank you Valerie Naval. She helped me and explained everything I asked her. Cons: Car needs to be prep for sale, deep cleaning or at least check it out for anything leftover from previous owner. But Valerie offer me reimbursement for detailing my car. Most of all if you don't like your car for any reason return policy excellent with out any hidden fees, check with your salesperson for details. I would recommend Carmax to my friends .

My Q3 is everything I hoped it would be...... comfort, power, handling, information and looks. Makes driving a dream. Just about everything I wanted was standard equipment in the model I purchased.

Beautiful new facility. Was referred by friend and client who recently purchased from Audi Rocklin, to Joe. My inlaws had also purchased a vehicle from Audi Rocklin last September. Joe is very knowledgeable on all the features and benefits of several Audis we discussed and in specific the Audi I test drove and eventually purchased. The dealership staff other than Joe were polite and accommodating. Joe and management were very open to negotiations, comparing and contrasting similar vehicles for sale, and made that process as non-confrontational as possible. Finance process was also very smooth.

My only negative is that the seats are very stiff in winter and uncomfortable. Without remote start it takes awhile to warm up. And you cannot leave it to warm up locked. I also find the headrest to be too far back. My favorite features 1st the sound system! I feel like I’m at my own personal concert. In addition to this the Q3 is so quiet so I don’t have to try to hear my audio book above the pot holes, suspension, and trucks around me. 2nd The luxury is in the details. Everything from the indoor running lights you can change, the lift gate level adjustment, the finer details of the wood panels and spacious interior. 3rd The ease of everything. Adaptive cruise, lane assistance, the lift gate opening and closing with just a kick, opening the doors with the key in my pocket, phone charger. 4th The technology. Oh it’s so lovely. Maps, music, customizing every little thing to my own personal preference on the dash and steering wheel. It’s a lovely vehicle. I wanted another small car but fell in love with the Q3. It is smaller so I don’t feel like I’m taking up too much space. I don’t have offspring so it’s more than enough room.

Both of these guys were extremely knowledgable about the various options and features on the Q5. They made a very fair offer to purchase an Audi and to purchase my car in trade in. The communication and abundance of care that the service department displays is out of this world. I’ve actually never experienced such great service before with any other auto service ! Not only do they take care of two primary recalls on my B8 Audi S5, they went above and beyond by servicing some areas of the vehicle that my scan tool had not picked up before I brought in the vehicle. They did this free of charge. Because of this thoroughness, I will be back for services when my vehicle is in need of a repair that I cannot do myself. The staff at the service department was phenomenal and I would definitely recommend going to the Rocklin Audi location for servicing and Audi vehicle.
