In our long search for a Mustang, we finally found our dream car, 2021 GT Mustang California Special. It was well worth the wait. Being 2.5 hours away I was worried that it wouldn't be as good as condition as the pictures. But with the help of Burgandy she set my mind at ease with the walk around videos and especially the cold-start video! I was sold the moment I heard that beast fire up! And a word of advice to you car guys worried about dealing with a female, don't be! Burgandy knows her stuff and appreciates bad-xxx cars just as well as any man I know! Burgandy, I know you love the sound of this car, so I'll text you a video of what it sounds like doing 155 mph sometime soon! The whole staff was very friendly and excited (and sad) to see this beast of a Mustang get sold. Ben from the finance department was great to deal with and also a Ford guy! I recently leased a 2024 Quattro premium plus 55. I have not had the severe issues others mention in reviews, but agree that the electronics and software are sometimes frustrating. It drives nicely for an SUV (I prefer driving small cars). I don’t like the behavior of the brakes. You have to really step on them for the final 5 mph to complete stop — they are not linear. I know VW knows how to do brakes in an EV, because the e-Golf is fantastic. Also annoying are the steering wheel buttons — again, big downgrade from the e-Golf. Overall, happy with the great lease deal I got.

He provided out the door pricing via email, so we were able to settle on a fair price before I even drove to the dealership. Car was exactly what I expected. Sale was completed quickly. At first there was no second key, but Armad kept checking until it was found and mailed it to me at my home after the deal was closed. Armad was terrific as was the rest of the staff.

I love my Q4 E-tron Sportback! So far I’ve had zero issues with the car. Also the range is better than advertised. I got 300 miles on a charge, during a road trip from SC to FL.

Janet & Bill were treated very well. Moe had an Uber arranged at the airport. We were greeted at the Audi office in person by Moe. Showed us the car, explained the features. Sales price was very good. It drives perfect. We were impressed, great personal service. Recommend Audi LB.

I love this car.! Saved $400 the first mont of gasoline p prices. We do a lot of driving. This car is responsive, nimble, and economic.

I just wanna start by saying most of the bad reviews are from people that bought cars with recalls. But is not a reflection of the dealership. My experience with them was phenomenal. They went above and beyond and treated very well. I flew from maine to ny. When I arrived they noticed I was very tired and offered me an orange and coffee and also gave me the option to rest in one of there vehicles till all paperwork and the car was detailed. Shout out to Pablo and the manager for a great experience. Highly recommend!!!

Went to look at new cars, but in the process spotted a two-year-old Certified Pre-Owned still like new with very few miles on it. The price was attractive, (similar to what a new Lexus ES would have cost) and included a full factory four-year warranty. The sales personnel were professional and I was able to get a fair trade on my Lexus ES 350 as well as a reasonable price on an Audi A6 Quatro. It is a remarkable driving and luxury appointed car for its price range. Frankly, there is no comparison to the Lexus. I would be very comfortable recommending the car, dealer, and its staff to friends or family .
