Used 2022 Audi Q5 SUVs for sale near Pico Rivera, CA

My needs were taken care with attentiveness and promptly. Service rep made sure my wait was comfortable and enjoyable. I was given refreshments.

The black 2022 Audi Q5 is great looking and has amazing performance! My only complaint would be I've had a couple of small problems you wouldn't expect from a brand new car! I.e.- Rear hatch doesn't close all the way sometimes & pops up. It stays closed but not tight and the dash light comes on, tire pressure doesn't consistently stay the same?(No idea why but definitely unusual)

Excellent customer service. I'm treated very well every time I visit. Waiting area is very comfortable. Daryl (service manager) is great. Kept me informed of everything while I waited.

The car is beautiful and luxurious. It has surprising power. The ride is very comfortable. The back is spacious for carrying whatever is needed. I have no issues.

I had a lot of questions. Emerson Molina sat with me for as long as I needed to help me understand the maintenance needed and put together a strategy to help manage costs.

Fairly quick got trade in done very quickly but so many options on new cars and getting financing for new one took a little longer, but very satisfied with resuts!

Shawn was amazing! An absolute pleasure to work with. I went in with my parents to look at a 2024 Q3 (for my mom), that he had and he instead found her the perfect 2025 with upgraded specs/optics, for as close to MSRP as possible. When the colors on the lot didn’t match my mom’s preference, he went the extra mile to find her one straight off the dock in the exact color she wanted. Shawn was incredibly professional and treated my parents like family. He was very knowledgeable which helped us get across the finish line to get my mom in her new car.
