This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

They even noticed that a prepaid service was due and completed it for me without a hitch. This attention to detail and commitment to customer service was truly impressive. I ultimately decided against going through the hassle of resolving the warranty situation with the third party warranty that the online car service offers, as I plan to return the car to the online car service to swap out for another car. A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

I had a wonderful experience with carmax in Westborough. Very friendly staff, very clean. They don't harass you. Upon entering the building, I was greeted and directed to the vehicles I was interested. I ventured the lot on my own and able to check out the vehicle. All the details were located on the window or they have touch screens with the info of the cars on the lots. Chris C was my sales person, he was very quick to respond to questions I had after I left the lot and also gave me detailed information about the cars I was interested in purchasing without haggling me to buy the more expensive car. When I had a question for him he would always answer it and send the brochure or the car detail info so I had it. The day I made my decision I was driving off the lot in a preowned vehicke within a few hours. I was extremely happy with my experience and would recommend Carmax in Westborough for anyone searching for a preowned vehicle. And i had been to other dealerships for test rides.

Matt is Excellent. Outstanding customer service he is knowledgeable and quick and made the buying process a breaze. He went out of his way to make our experience the best it could be and stayed late to make sure my Wife could take hers home same day. I bought 2 cars in two separate trips on Saturday in the time it would take to buy one at other dealerships. Replaced 4 new tires for Q7. Great service! I wanted to keep one of the old tires. It was wrapped well with a plastic bag and placed in the car.

Mike, the sales manager and Kennedy, the mechanic were wonderful. Kennedy sent me a video of the what was wrong and what it was going to take to fix it, and when it would be ready, my experience was great. Thank you, guys.

We recently had a significant caution light suddenly appear, and called Audi Peabody to schedule an appointment for repairs. We spoke with Chantel, who was very helpful and able to offer us an appointment within 1 hour of our call. When we arrived we were met by Joe Faria, Service Consultant. From the beginning of our interaction Joe was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. He listened to our explanation of the situation, asked appropriate clarifying questions and assured us that our issue would be dealt with in a thorough and expeditious manner. Joe communicated with us throughout the repair process to keep us informed of the status of our repair. Our entire interaction with Joe vastly exceeded our expectations and we are extremely satisfied with Joe and the service provided by the technician who worked on our vehicle. When our two Audi Q5's require service in the future we will unquestionably return to Audi Peabody and work with Joe as our Service Consultant.
