Used 2023 Audi Q5 for sale near Briarcliff Manor, NY

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Noel at New Country Audi of Greenwich and could not be happier. The price on the car was great, as was Noel's customer service! I would highly recommend checking them out if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. I am quite happy I did!

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

My husband and I have bought cars in the past, and were always left with a bad taste in our mouth. Biener Audi in Great Neck was the exact opposite experience. They did not try to push us into buying, they were considerate and extremely thorough through the entire process. We went to the dealership to test drive the Audi Q7 and did not intend on buying the same day. We wanted to get as much information as we could before discussing it and making a decision. Our salesperson, Danny, could not be more friendly or accommodating. He answered all of our questions and guided us professionally. When we advised that we would not be buying that day, he was understanding and did not make us feel pressured or act like the typical salesperson. The next day, we went back to the dealership and bought our new truck in a timely manner. Our 2 year old was with us through the entire process and everything still went very smoothly. Furthermore, the facility is extremely well kept. There is ample space for customers to sit and wait. We eventually went and sat in the service area where they offered complimentary drinks and snacks, and a wonderful woman came by to give my son a coloring but and crayons! Our family could not be happier with our first experience buying a luxury car. We know we made the right choice with Biener Audi.

Emails sent did not purchase car. Car did not have all the options I wanted. But it was a fair price. Better luck next time.

We live in Jersey but made the drive out to Biener Audi because they have the best prices, selection, and reputation. Buying a car from them was so easy, and there were no tricks, games, or hidden fees. Their customer service didn't end once I drove off the lot - they have continued to provide great customer service, and I am now a loyal customer. I had a fantastic experience at Audi Great Neck, thanks to Kit! He was incredibly knowledgeable and made the entire process easy. The only problem I had was selecting the car I wanted because the dealership has a huge and possibly the best selection of pre-owned vehicles, and Kit went above and beyond to help me find the perfect fit. At the end of the purchase, I got to meet Ali, one of the directors at the dealership. It is that time to renew my 3 year lease for Audi Q3 at Audi Meadowlands Secaucus and was sorry to see our salesmen Michael Borden was no longer there, however, we were introduced to Michael Garcia. Another great experience at Meadowlands. Michael Garcia was so down to earth, funny and knowledgeable. I really wasn't sure if I wanted to shop around with other dealerships. Michael G. made the process so smooth and was determined to find us what we wanted, Q3 color and all the buzz. He is a true man of his word, which is not very common today.
