This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

Excellent customer service! I have been going to this dealership for SO many years for any new cars (5 so far) as well as services. Never been disappointed and worth getting out of my way to this dealership (90mins drive during rush hours). Gage is my service advisor there. Always prompt, precise and very responsive. “Getting in and then out” is a breeze. I highly recommend them.

Returning to write another great review of Audi Bellevue Service. Our Audi Q5 had an engine light come on (malfunction indicator light) on Thursday afternoon. We had a road trip planned for the next day Friday early morning. We immediately drove to Audi Bellevue service and were met by Michael H right away. He recognized me from last time and immediately inquired if the previous issues had returned or if this was new. I told him the situation and our dire need to get this seen right away so that we could keep our travel plans. Michael understood the the time sensitivity of the situation and quickly got our car in for the codes to be read. We arrived at 5 pm and the service center closed at 7 pm so we had little time. While it was being diagnosed, Michael helped us come up with alternative solutions, ie a loaner, driving a limited distance on the car as is, potential fixes that might temporarily solve or long term solve probably causes, etc. Michael continued to keep us informed along the way with quick and periodic updates, and checked in with us on our action plan. I?ve worked in customer service and owned a business that needed strong people persons; I?d hire Michael in a second for any job that needs a good communicator; friendly disposition, and the ability to quickly assess a situation and come up with an action plan using the ALL the tools at his/her/their disposal. I will continue to return to audi Bellevue service center for my automobile needs, including sticking with Audi for future car needs down the road, knowing I can get them serviced here.
