This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

I have had the blessing of dealing with James Kovack two times - once in connection with the sale of my leased 2021 RAV 4, the other time witnessing the sale of my sister's 2021 RAV 4. At that time ( my sister's visit) based on my experience, she requested James to work with her. My sister's experience and mine mirrored each others. James was kind, patient, respectful, efficient, knowledgeable, and possessed all of the attributes one would expect in dealing with someone in his position. My sister's experience required a little more work and James, in consultation with his supervisor, Qu'ran Gordon, got the job done. Both men were as courteous and respectful of the situation as they could be and both men should be considered ASSETS to Carmax of Langhorne. My sister and I are most pleased with the outcomes of both of our experiences and will recommend Carmax, but in particular James Kovack and Qu'ran Gordon for their fine work.

A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

I have to say that this has been the best car buying experience ever! I went in and my sales consultant, Nakia Scott, was very friendly and patient. Even before I got there, she was very helpful over the phone. The car selection was just great. The quality of cars there is unbeatable. Every car has a perfect Carfax as well. The entire process from walking in to driving out was less than 2 hours and I left with a better finance deal than I had when I walked in. The car is excellent and they warranty is the best. Oh and I got my registration transferred and it's only been a week and a half and I already received my updated one in the mail. I have no complaints. Extra set of keys, full tank of gas, great warranty and a like new car. Love this place!!!

He helped me locate the vehicle I wanted in a timely manner. It arrived and was taken care of the entire process. I received fair market value for my trade. There was no need to haggle just sign and drive. I highly recommend this place if your looking for a quality used car. This vehicle is almost new. That’s because carmax cares about what they sell. If you know your price ahead of time this is your place. They got me out the door in less than 2 hrs. Those of you who have purchased cars that could be an all day affair. Everyone was friendly . I would like to take the time to recognize the sales manager "Danny" who turned a very unpleasant sales situation from one sales rep. to going above and beyond to make sure I was treated with respect and like a valued customer when the final purchase was all said and done. Not only did he apologize & remedy what was wrong, he followed up with new policy & procedures so that this doesn't happen again in the future. He made and kept his promises of having my new car sparkling with a big red bow when I came to pick it up after the previous sales rep, dropped the ball on the whole customer experience. He remained in contact to make sure all things associated with getting my car ready were implemented, which was truly appreciated.
