This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

I got a flat tire Sunday night. I called the service center and the automated system was able to get me in the next morning. They had my tires in stock and my dealer sold warranty covered the tire replacements that I needed. Got it all done in a couple hours.

A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

Vic and Robert not grumpy guys in an office but laid back,fun and they really worked hard to make sure my deal was the best and safe financially. Aleks in sales took great care in making our experience selecting a used coupe a special one! He was ready and willing to do back-to-back comparison and test drives of each car we were considering. Aleks also has a deep knowledge in the features and specs of each model. It really is a treat working with a true car guy who loves his job! Seriously, work with Aleks if you are in the market for any type of European vehicle, he knows all of the marques inside and out. When we had the car picked out, sales manager Steve and finance manager Gene were helpful and professional, as well as being willing to put in as much time as needed to get things done. We love our new car and thank the team here for their help in making it happen. It's a blessing to get to do business with nice people and leave in a beautiful vehicle.

Jeff handled my car's service. He could not have been more helpful. He was straightforward, told me what services could be put off until later, and there was never any pressure. The primary issue that required repair involved the interface between my phone and car, an issue that had persisted more months, despite frequent attempts to have the issue fixed. Jeff did EVERYTHING to finally make sure the issue was resolved, calling me about my phone model, asking about software updates, and requesting the relevant information to make sure that the car was serviced to my full satisfaction. The interface is fixed and I could not be happier.

I can honestly say I’m not one of those people who usually writes a review. But this time I was compelled to write a review. From my brand specialist Ernie Alvarez to the fabulous finance manager Josh Bruhn I can’ say I never had a better experience purchasing a car. Most of the time I’ve dreaded going into a car dealership feeling like I was going to be taken advantage of or not taken care of or I was gonna have to haggle, haggle,haggle. From walking into the door I was greeted with a warm smile a comfortable confident handshake. Ernie was a great salesman! He gave me all of car information, gave me the Carfax showed me the price I was getting made sure I was comfortable. These should be things that you get from a car dealership but they are not things that you always get. If you look to purchase a car new or used car the Audi exchange in St Charles ask for Ernie Alvarez he’s is your guy. The finance manager was fabulous !!! Again that’s not something you normally say about a car dealership’s finance manager. I have already had my preapproved financing when I walked in, had a nice rate he went the extra mile and found me an even better rate. Got me a fabulous price with my warranty and made sure I knew all that the warranty entailed. Great dealership it was over an hour away from me and I was looking for a particular used car that they had and I am so glad that I chose that dealership. I can wholeheartedly recommend this dealership.
