What a spectacular experience. I usually buy used cars, but went ahead and purchased a new 2023 Q8 Prestige. The ONLY person to work with here is Ahamed Eboo. He is wise, professional, transparent, and listens to each and every one of your wants and needs. This level of professionalism has, for the most part, dried up in the car business, not with him and not with Audi of Marietta. This place is very modern and amazing. Before the purchase he guided us every step of the way. Then upon arrival of our 2023 Q8, we went to the dealership and he made the purchase 1000% pain free. I would buy again when I am ready. He sits in the car with you for 45+ min and shows you each feature. Which you usually take 6-12 months to discover by yourself. Not with him, it was important to him to make sure we saw all that this amazing beast of a vehicle has to offer. This is the third Audi I've traveled from out of state to buy from Audi North Atlanta. First two, I had a personal friend who was a salesman, and he made sure we got a great price. He is no longer there, but the salesman, Kevin G., who took over his clients, was every bit as diligent as Steve was. Discussion with other owners of the new SQ6 has reinforced we got an incredible deal (and another dealer we had been talking to became belligerent about refusing discounts). But best of all, when the two cars I'd been considering sold within the span of 24 hours while I was trying to decide, Kevin reached out to his network and found one that had the most preferred color/option combo, despite it not being on Audi USA's site as an inventory car. Just could not have expected such a great experience!
