New and used 2025 Audi Q5 Premium Plus for sale near Ware, MA

We purchased a new 2021 Q7 from Audi North Scottsdale and were residing in New Mexico at the time. New Mexico is notoriously slow at governmental things (titling vehicles for example) and after almost a year and a subsequent move from Santa Fe to The Boulders in North Scottsdale we had a nightmare on our hands trying to get a title transfer. Brian, Kofi, Elvis and Linda's team of service advisors are simply the best in the business. I recently had my Porsche Cayenne in for a quick fluid service and everything was as expected. The transaction was transparent and Brian was upfront about what services were actually needed which was refreshing compared to my experience with other Porsche service centers across the DC/VA/MD region. Being treated fairly is a hard thing to come by these days as dealers are also a business too. What makes Silver Spring the de-facto dealer in the area is how they balance the needs of the customers. This is why they are literally the #1 dealer in the country (not surprising for those of us who have bought and serviced cars elsewhere prior to making Silver Spring our home). The management team runs a tight ship/shop there. 2 Cayennes, 1 Boxster, 2 (soon to be 3) 911's later, no other dealer will ever touch my cars again.

I was hesitant to go through the car buying process because of a very bad experience at another dealer (not Audi Bellevue). I was pleasantly surprised by the experience I had with Rigo as my sales associate. I wasn?t sure what kind of vehicle I wanted but knew I wanted pre-owned. He gave me several options and the honest pros/cons of each. I?ve never purchased an Audi before so he was very good at explaining the differences between Volvo & Audi (I?ve driven Volvos for 20 years). I feel I got a very fair price- a little disappointed in the trade in value, but other than that it was good. My husband wasn?t with me so Rigo came to my house with the paperwork so my husband, who is disabled, wouldn?t have to come to the dealership.

Can't recommend Audi Wilmington enough. Kyle Luedke made my first car purchase seamless and smooth, and made sure to provide me with little tidbits of information that would be helpful during the entire process. As it was my first car purchase, I had plenty of questions, and Kyle was able to walk me through each and every one, provided me with his own opinion on what he would do if roles were reversed, which as a buyer, is reassuring to hear. My 2020 Audi Q3 needed a few items of touch up, so I had to come back later in the week, but Kyle went out of his way to constantly stay in touch via text/call, making sure I was checking all of the boxes to ensure a smooth paperwork transaction at the end. If you don't want the sleazy sales pitch from other dealers, I highly recommend the team at Audi Wilmington.
