From the inquiry to the purchase …by far this was the most pleasant auto purchase I have experienced. I live out of state and had faith in the dealership after my first contact with them. Doug answered all my questions and went out of his way to make the purchase a positive experience. Though I live out of state, I will definitely contact them if I am ever in the need for another automobile. Satisfactory. All questions were answered. Salesman was nice and courteous. Jonny Harris took care of all our questions and needs. Although he did not agree to provide a golf bag which was on display, but he did good.

Got to experience the Sewell treatment, and it was a great experience. I don't buy cars every now and then, but I do remember the dreaded feeling of going to a dealership and dealing with a salesperson with all the sweetened talk, sneaky tactics, hidden fees, and even plain lies. Absolutely none of that here! I was treated with respect, was explained things without being dumbed down, and most importantly, they showed a will to gain my business and followed through.

They were very nice and helpful. The only issue I have is that they said they would email my paperwork to me and I have not received the email yet. Other than that they were wonderful.

My appointment was with someone else, but after waiting about 15 minutes, I was approached by Sales Manager Michael Mullings who kindly offered to help. He connected with the person with whom I was scheduled to be sure it was ok. This was the first indication of his strength of character and professionalism. Michael was an absolute delight to work with. I was not sure what I wanted to purchase, so he showed me all options and full explained the differences. We ended up searching the used car inventory and took one out for a test drive. He was kind, unassuming and very patient with me. He even worked late to help me, since I needed to purchase a car very quickly. The next day, we negotiated a price via phone and I was able to come in after work to complete the purchase. He had the car detailed and paperwork ready to go on my arrival. So I was only there for about 30-40 minutes. Then he and another salesman kindly helped me get my current and new car to my apartment complex which was only 5 minutes from the dealership. As a woman, I appreciated Michael treating me with respect and kindness, and most of all, like a serious buyer. I also am grateful for the speed at which he operated to help me get a wonderful deal and vehicle quickly. I could not be happier with the service and experience with Michael Mullings at Audi Central Houston!!

Most finance paperwork done online and final signing at the dealership was quick and easy. Vehicle detailed nicely, full tank of gas, and all features explained and set up for us.
