We purchased a new 2021 Q7 from Audi North Scottsdale and were residing in New Mexico at the time. New Mexico is notoriously slow at governmental things (titling vehicles for example) and after almost a year and a subsequent move from Santa Fe to The Boulders in North Scottsdale we had a nightmare on our hands trying to get a title transfer. This experience was significantly better than my previous visits. ?My service advisor was incredibly knowledgeable and professional. During the multi-point inspection, a minor issue was found. She took the time to explain the issue in detail, outlining what problems might arise from it in the future and providing a clear breakdown of why the labor for the repair was priced as it was. Most importantly, there was absolutely no pressure to get the work done immediately. ?This transparent and customer-focused approach was a refreshing change from my regular experiences at Audi Henderson. Because of this outstanding service, Audi Las Vegas has earned my future business. I will definitely be returning for all my service needs.

Great experience with this dealership. Was kept in contact with every step of the way. I work nights so conversing through email was important to help answer all my questions before I took the time to actually visit in person. I was buying a used Ram 1500 but was treated the same as if I were buying that $200000 Audi on the showroom floor. Impressive!

Other than having a difficult time getting anyone in the service department to answer the phone, or return a message, once reaching them they do a great job of getting work done on time and well.

The salesperson was very helpful and the finance department worked with us to arrange a payment that we could afford. The dealership was also very clean and pleasant to shop at.
