Used 2025 Audi Q5 for sale near Halifax, MA

My husband and I recently bought an Audi Q5 at Audi Norwell, and we love it! We worked mostly with Laura Erickson, an Audi Brand Specialist, who was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable, patient, and always kept her sense of humor. When we took possession of our new car, Jim Liberidis, also an Audi Brand Specialist, patiently and knowledgeably introduced us to the full menu of the computerized tools that the Q5 includes, and he also expedited the registration process for us. We would wholeheartedly recommend Audi Norwell.

We found a car we liked on the used car website Carfax, and at the time the vehicle was located at VW in Raynham. We scheduled an appointment and came to take a look. We were very satisfied with the car. Since we planned to do a trade-in, we had to wait some time to receive the title for our own vehicle. In addition, with Christmas approaching and our travel plans, the process was delayed a bit. Hilton, who assisted us, was very responsible and extremely nice. There were a few minor issues during the vehicle pickup, but everything was resolved smoothly. They responded very quickly to our questions and handled all issues efficiently. Jose was great. So friendly and easy to work with. No pressure. He wants you to feel great and will do anything he can for you. Tyler and Chris were great too! Alex is also very reasonable and also does not apply high pressure.

William did fantastic to answer the questions I had to help me finalize a choice in a new used car. He was also straight to the point and personable making the process as smooth and timely as possible. As a whole, the entire team at Audi Brookline was phenomenal every step of the way. It was 100% worth the hour drive from New Hampshire. From start to finish, the communication and overall quality was better than any other dealership I’ve been to.
