Audi Naples review
Took my car in for a recall, which was fixed, as well as some needed maintenance. Andrew was excellent. Helped me make decisions, clearly described the repairs needed and was polite and communicative. I happened to mention to him that I liked my car, I would never buy another Audi because of one very annoying feature (the key did not always open my locked door, if the key was in my purse). He showed me how to fix the problem, even though I took the car in two other times for help and nothing worked. Very impressed with Andrew.

Greg Abraham, GM; Carlos Caraballo, Gen.Sales Mngr, and Vinnie Incorvaia, Sales Mngr. - My partner has been leasing and buying cars there for 14 years, so I followed suit. I bought a lovely E400, which was totalled by a truck after only 4 months. I went back and they had another E400 - this time a convertable. I bought the car "as is" - however, there were some problems and one in particular I felt compelled to reach out about. They truly didn't have to do anything, however, the paid for the issue, and as well, threw in an extra that was big and totally unexpected. I cannot say enough - I think everyone knows how tough buying a car is, especially pre-owned and how the follow-up afterwards can be so challenging. I generally would have sucked it up and just not bothered. Vinnie even called me from home after work and the GM saw me immediately within 24 hours. Audi Sarasota review
Bought my first Audi yesterday and the sales people were wonderful especially Luis Colmenares. He was so patient with us and looked at all the different models and features till I finally decided. He was very knowledgeable about different brands too, very well versed in his field. Tony the sales manager (I believe) gave me more for my trade in than all the other dealers. And since it was end of month, I landed a great rebate too! Go see these guys for your next car! Oh and did I say that I LOVE my new Q8?? Add that too!
