I was looking for a preowned A8 L. My local Audi dealer referred me to Carlsbad because they had a preowned S8. All interactions were no pressure. Fantastic car buying experience!
I haven't owned cars for the last 6 years since I've been out of the country. Due to COVID-19, I moved back to the US which means time to shop for cars! I've dealt with multiple salespeople over the last 3 weeks as we searched for a Q5 and RS3. Most of it has been unpleasant due to varying degrees of ineptitude, blatant lies or bad customer service. Donovan Duran is the goto person at this dealership if you want an out of this world stress-free sales process. Donovan gave us a great deal off the bat with no BS and patiently answered our questions when we got the car as we were new to the AUDI brand. He made the out of state sale a breeze and we will definitely go back when it's time to get that R8.
