We recently purchased our second Audi from Audi Minneapolis. On Dec. of last year Brent from the service helped us in obtaining a loaner car at a time when we were very upset because we had just been in an accident with our 2018 Audi. Brent was a very gracious and helpful assistant to get us on our way. As it turned out the car was totaled out per our Ins. Co. We did not hesitate to search for a replacement for our car but went straight to Audi Mpls. Richard Busker and Mark Larson lead us thru the experience of finding the right car for us. Both Mark and Richard were very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. Lindsey Nelson joined the team to greet us as we have worked with her during our first purchase of the 2018.
