Other than having a difficult time getting anyone in the service department to answer the phone, or return a message, once reaching them they do a great job of getting work done on time and well.

I love my new vehicle and have already driven out of state packed with college student stuff. Was a bit cramped but everything fit including a small fridge and microwave.

We purchased a new 2021 Q7 from Audi North Scottsdale and were residing in New Mexico at the time. New Mexico is notoriously slow at governmental things (titling vehicles for example) and after almost a year and a subsequent move from Santa Fe to The Boulders in North Scottsdale we had a nightmare on our hands trying to get a title transfer. Excellent experience overall. Maddie was knowledgeable and honest, she even informed me that I still had one remaining service under Audi Care that carried over from the previous owner. She easily could have left that out and let me pay for the full 40K service, but she didn?t, which I really appreciated. That level of transparency is exactly how trust in a dealership is built. I received a full diagnostic report along with a detailed video walkthrough of the car, explaining everything that was done. The video showed my brake pads were down to 2mm, which I appreciated for the added transparency. I decided to replace the rotors as well, and the entire job was completed in under 24 hours. They were also willing to come down significantly on the price, which was a nice surprise. I picked up the car from Daniel since Maddie was out that day, and he was just as solid and honest. Overall, a great experience from start to finish.
