It was overall a surprisingly great experience overall purchasing this car from Audi of Bellevue. What made the most difference is working with Ardit. This man was probably the most honest and easiest sales person I've ever worked with during a car purchase. I truly appreciated his communication skills and no pressure sales approach which is very refreshing. Great experience. And to call out my service advisor, Daunte, he really looked after me. The scheduling assistant that they use is maybe suboptimal and I was going to wait for what I thought was a simple 10k Service (Oil Change), but they also did the recall service which was going to take some time. And Daunte arranged a ride home and back. I couldn't ask for better service. I have been having a car serviced at Audi Bellevue for over 10 years and they always do such a great job!
