Took my car in for a recall, which was fixed, as well as some needed maintenance. Andrew was excellent. Helped me make decisions, clearly described the repairs needed and was polite and communicative. I happened to mention to him that I liked my car, I would never buy another Audi because of one very annoying feature (the key did not always open my locked door, if the key was in my purse). He showed me how to fix the problem, even though I took the car in two other times for help and nothing worked. Very impressed with Andrew.

My wife and I were in need of a car ASAP as we just moved from the midwest. After looking at some options we reached out to Audi of Sarasota. We feel blessed that we were introduced to Luis Colmenares (Sales Associate). He was not only extremely knowledgeable, but he made our experience pleasant. He definitely went out of his way to make things easy on us. He was professional, yet friendly without the pressure to make a sale.
