What an amazing experience from start to finish. Kristina S. was extremely helpful, kind and made my first service appointment pleasant and stress free. The service was thorough and everything was explained clearly. I felt no pressure at this dealership. I also want to note how friendly the staff is especially Manuel C. and even the GM Perisa R. Who happily spoke with me and explained some of the showroom vehicles to me while I waited for my service. I 100% recommend for anyone looking to service their audi or lease/purchase one here.
