Carlos, the salesman, was extremely helpful and informative throughout our experience. Unfortunately, our interaction with the finance manager, Cesar, was disappointing. He did not take the time to explain our options and abruptly ended the phone call when we requested more information before moving forward. His comment—“too bad we couldn’t do business”—felt dismissive, especially given the significance of the transaction. The black 2022 Audi Q5 is great looking and has amazing performance! My only complaint would be I've had a couple of small problems you wouldn't expect from a brand new car! I.e.- Rear hatch doesn't close all the way sometimes & pops up. It stays closed but not tight and the dash light comes on, tire pressure doesn't consistently stay the same?(No idea why but definitely unusual)

I went to this dealership with my son just to look around so I can get some idea on how much used full size trucks are going for. I liked the selection and the prices were reasonable. Ariana was the person who helped us out. She was incredible. She was not pushy and she was a subject matter expert when it came to the right truck with all the features I was looking for and my budget. I highly recommend this dealership and ask for Ariana.

The interior is gorgeous and I love all of the fun “toys”! I drove everything from the BMW X5 to the Lincoln Aviator and this was my favorite car to drive. It’s amazing!

We had an excellent experience with our Salesman Jay and the rest of the staff we encountered at the dealership. Friendly, helpful and professional. We did not have trade-in so with their no price haggling policy it was easy before we even arrived to figure fairly closely what our out the door price would be. Though their add-on "junk fees" ($1400 + $399 and added to any vehicle purchased) added more than 10% to the total purchase price, but appeared to be average to moderate to the market and was clearly indicated on their website so there were no surprises to the final number. We would definitely come here again for our future transportation needs. Thank you Jay and crew for doing a great job.

We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

Treated fantastically by all the employees at Jeep in Davenport. They worked with me to get the monthly pymt I wanted, and no pushy salesman. Me and my husband thought Anthony was super nice and knowledgeable.

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

I purchased car November 2019. Took car in 1 month after buying for electronic issues. They fixed the problem and was fine. Now has another electronic problem. Will be taking it in for a third time to fix it They have not been able to correct it thus far.....other than that I love the car.

A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

I came in to look at a used vehicle on the South Orlando Audi lot that just became available. I was greeted with a friendly hello from each person I encountered. Highly recommend dealing with Elijah and Joseph when buying at Greenway Kia. They are not pushy nor do they make you feel pressured to buy the step up model. Very knowledgeable and gave great insight on the vehicles I was looking at buying. Joseph was great with welcoming and proving information. He was super chill and let me do my thing while I was on site. I visited the dealership 3-5 times before buying and each time they were there for support not to push me to buy. My deal was fantastic and they are whining to work with you on your purchase.

Not exactly the vehicle for a large family, but definitely a step up from the Acadia. Fast for a small SUV. Definitely look forward to driving it.

The Q5 just does most things right. Fuel economy runs about 18-19 in town and 30 highway (4-Cyl.) Acceleration is very strong. Very comfortable and steering response is typical Audi - not numb but not overly strong feed road feel either - better than our previous BMW X3. Seems to have less storage in the cabin than the X3. Owned for just over 1 year. Reliability has been good. Foot sensing hatch opener can be finicky at times but no other problems. No rattles or other issues. Lane keeping is not as good as Mercedes E-class but gets the job done.
