This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

I bought my q5 brand new. So far so good, no issues and I've got 45000 kms on it. Unfortunately it had to go in for a few recalls but it's cleared and mine passes. I'm still iffy about those recalls, the piston rod worries me the most. Aside from my worries, very attractive vehicle. I got the beige interior and it looks more special that way. The performance is more than enough for an suv that size. I had to get new tires this year, so I was surprised at how fast this SUV chews away at tires. You do have to rotate the tires every year or they just wear out differently. I'm happy I got it in 2022 because the 2025 being $20 grand more is pushing it for the spec I have. So far its been nothing but oil changes. I don't have any issues yet and I don't expect any. Oh and this vehicle in the snow is superb!!! You'll never get stuck that's for sure. As for breaking, if you have good tires it's good.

I rarely write reviews and for the very few times I have done so in my life time, it was always to point out a bad service. HOWEVER. I had exceptional experience purchasing my E400 Coupe with Steven David from Benzel Busch. Since getting my first license back when I was 16, I bought and sold 10 different cars and Steven by far exceeded any of the sales person I have worked in the past. He was very responsive to all of my emails and phone calls. I almost got a reply back within 5 minutes from sending an email and we had many emails back and forth as I was purchasing a vehicle out of state. He was very detailed and truthful when describing a vehicle that I was purchasing. There were few times where he reached out to me first on items normally you wouldn't expect sales person to. Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

I went in for service on my 2021 Lexus RX 350 and while I was waiting, I walked the floor to look at the 2026 RX 350 Hybrid. I was impressed by the new redesign and by the mileage that was more than double the mpg I got with my 2021 when I encountered Ali Kazmi - Lexus Sales & Leasing Consultant. We struck up a conversation and he offered to provide me with a very good trade in allowance along with transferring my existing service visits over to a new RX 350 Hybrid. The black 2022 Audi Q5 is great looking and has amazing performance! My only complaint would be I've had a couple of small problems you wouldn't expect from a brand new car! I.e.- Rear hatch doesn't close all the way sometimes & pops up. It stays closed but not tight and the dash light comes on, tire pressure doesn't consistently stay the same?(No idea why but definitely unusual)

A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

I just wanna start by saying most of the bad reviews are from people that bought cars with recalls. But is not a reflection of the dealership. My experience with them was phenomenal. They went above and beyond and treated very well. I flew from maine to ny. When I arrived they noticed I was very tired and offered me an orange and coffee and also gave me the option to rest in one of there vehicles till all paperwork and the car was detailed. Shout out to Pablo and the manager for a great experience. Highly recommend!!!

The car is beautiful and luxurious. It has surprising power. The ride is very comfortable. The back is spacious for carrying whatever is needed. I have no issues.

The Q5 just does most things right. Fuel economy runs about 18-19 in town and 30 highway (4-Cyl.) Acceleration is very strong. Very comfortable and steering response is typical Audi - not numb but not overly strong feed road feel either - better than our previous BMW X3. Seems to have less storage in the cabin than the X3. Owned for just over 1 year. Reliability has been good. Foot sensing hatch opener can be finicky at times but no other problems. No rattles or other issues. Lane keeping is not as good as Mercedes E-class but gets the job done.
