Q5 is a very comfortable & great performance vehicle. The Prestige model has options that other manufacturers only wish for & gets great gas mileage street & highway .

If buying a car always went like this, people wouldn’t dread it. The team was on top of everything and the process was effortless. Cara Z was fantastic—no salesy nonsense, just honest knowledge and great energy. Picked up a 2025 Honda Ridgeline that looked exactly as advertised. 10/10 would shop here again. I purchased car November 2019. Took car in 1 month after buying for electronic issues. They fixed the problem and was fine. Now has another electronic problem. Will be taking it in for a third time to fix it They have not been able to correct it thus far.....other than that I love the car.

Not exactly the vehicle for a large family, but definitely a step up from the Acadia. Fast for a small SUV. Definitely look forward to driving it.

Had new tires installed fair price for a Porsche dealer vs a tire shop . Service was great , tires are awsome . Also 30,000 mile service . It’s a Porsche wasn’t cheap but it’s brand new again . Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

The customer service was great and they were welcoming and helpful as soon as I came into the dealership. It was the first time taking my car in for routine service and the receptionist was so helpful of completing the paper work and answered all my questions. I purchased the car from this dealership in October. I had the best sales person and the finance person was so good and they both made the buying process perfect.

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

The paperwork took a minimum of time. Very happy with my choice! . No pressure, only professional advice.

The interior is gorgeous and I love all of the fun “toys”! I drove everything from the BMW X5 to the Lincoln Aviator and this was my favorite car to drive. It’s amazing!

I have had the blessing of dealing with James Kovack two times - once in connection with the sale of my leased 2021 RAV 4, the other time witnessing the sale of my sister's 2021 RAV 4. This SUV met all of my needs. Drives great whether you want to be sporty or classy this Sport Utility Vehicle have it all. The moon roof extends all the way to the back to give you a convertible feel. Great SUV!!

A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

Although I didn’t buy the car the staff was courteous, and gave me plenty of time to look it over without a sales person breathing down my neck. When I said I would pass they didn’t put pressure on me. I would shop there again

This car is perfect for our needs. It is reliable and extremely road worthy. It performs very well off road. It is also great on the highway.

I bought a 2018 Escape in Oct. 2021 with 33000 miles. I'm very satisfied with the vehicle. The staff have been very helpful even as I returned to the dealership with questions. Kensie and Damon deserve credit for their service. The deal was just ok, but it was done during the height of the pandemic, they had to find me what I wanted, and inventory was in short supply. Overall a positive experience.

We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron
