Well, our experience with Tony was Fantastic! We found a car on the internet that we wanted and proceeded to go out there to purchase. Upon our arrival, Tony greeted us without delay and processed our request. We were out of the dealership within 1.5 hours, now that's a record! He got us our approval in a timely manner and it was all good!!! I would definitely work with them again. Now about the markup, it seems all the dealerships mark up and in order to stay in business so I don't worry too much. This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

Very responsive handling, which makes it fun to drive. You'll get a sport feel in an SUV. The panoramic sunroof is great for summer evening cruising. Seats are a bit stiff, but you almost don't notice because you're too busy enjoying the interior design.

Everything went smoothly. I was shown the cars I was interested in, allowed to go in and see them thoroughly. All my questions were answered. I was shown features about the cars I was not necessarily familiar with. I test drove the car and once I selected the car I wanted, proceeded to purchase it and fill out the paperwork without any problems. The vehicle I chose is beautiful and drives well. Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

I purchased a used Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG from the Carmax in Costa Mesa, CA about a month ago. I started out by calling the Carmax and reaching a sales agent. She worked with me by setting aside the car so that I could fly down to pick it up. She picked me up from the airport about 15 miles away from their dealership. When I saw the car, I found some minor cosmetic issues with the car and Carmax assured me that they would repair them at my local Carmax in Roseville, CA. I will be writing a review about that Carmax as well. They issued me a form stating repairs to be done at my local dealership. I informed the salesperson that I would be pushing the car a bit and she was fine with it. After the test drive, the car seemed to be in great condition, so we headed in for the paperwork. The appearance inside of the dealership building did not convey a welcoming feeling though. It felt like a warehouse with desks in it. The people within the building were nice and friendly though. The paperwork was pretty quick as I already had a loan check from the credit union. It took about 30 minutes and then I was on my way. Overall, I would say the experience was positive.

The black 2022 Audi Q5 is great looking and has amazing performance! My only complaint would be I've had a couple of small problems you wouldn't expect from a brand new car! I.e.- Rear hatch doesn't close all the way sometimes & pops up. It stays closed but not tight and the dash light comes on, tire pressure doesn't consistently stay the same?(No idea why but definitely unusual)

I had a totally pleasant experience at the Audi Long Beach dealership as I was interested in an Audi TTS advertised online. Mr. Kien Phan provided clear, competent details of the essential functions of the vehicle both during the test drive and after the purchase, and Mr Sepulveda patiently discussed financial aspects of the purchase and trade-in over two days (since I needed an overnight reflection period!). When I returned for additional questions after the purchase was satisfactorily completed, Mr. Phan again took the time to answer fully all my requests (in particular I could not raise the spoiler, and I am one of those who hate to check details on an online document). In fact, Mr. Phan found for me an actual paper technical manual, which made me very happy. I know that I can rely on the staff for any follow-up issues. Thank you to all for your competence and courtesy! I love my new TTS. I used to have the first TT quattro model (1999- 2000) that I kept for 13 years, and drove safely in snow, ice and hot weather. I missed it when I subsequently bought a different car. Now I'm happy to drive again this beautiful, dynamic machine, and I am sorry Audi decided to discontinue this great vehicle. In conclusion, I believe that the Audi dealership at Long Beach meets all the professional standards one can expect when buying a new vehicle.

The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.
