The perfect car for our needs: a small SUV with relatively high (4400 lbs) towing capacity. Only the BMW X3 has the same combination. The Q5 is well appointed with high quality materials. It feels very solid on the road, with adjustable driving modes (dynamic, comfort, etc.). It has surprising power for a 4-cylinder engine and surprisingly good fuel economy. We purchased this vehicle used with some remaining factory warranty, which we haven't yet needed--all systems are working perfectly.

Smooth, with no pressure, true to their word. One of the easiest deals we had.

The interior is gorgeous and I love all of the fun “toys”! I drove everything from the BMW X5 to the Lincoln Aviator and this was my favorite car to drive. It’s amazing!

Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.

During the week of August 19, I called the scheduling department to have my car picked up and taken to the dealership for a brake and a battery inspection on September 4. I spoke to an amazing young lady named Shantel. I was so impressed by her. She was polite, friendly, helpful, and professional. It was refreshing to speak with her, and she is an asset to the company.

Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

The person I talked to was very interested in helping me get a vehicle but understood when I said that their location was inconvenient. He even offered to transfer a vehicle to my home to try it out. Very nice person. I refused at the time of my conversation because I had an appointment to discuss another vehicle in my area. Traded in my Tahoe for this and have loved every minute driving this car! I have one in a car seat, and still have plenty of room. Such a smooth drive. I test drove so many cars and this by far beat them all. You get so much for the money, plus great safety ratings!

I drove 5 hrs. to possibly purchase a 2007 corvette. I contacted the dealership days prior to the ride, the salesman was very helpful over the phone. I had asked if he could send me more photos of the car at which he did in a very timely fashion. After making the long drive I arrived to find the car exactly a described by the salesperson. I drove the car and loved everything about it. The sale couldn't have gone a better from dealing with the salesperson to the finance manager. I have owned the car about 6 weeks and love it. I purchased car November 2019. Took car in 1 month after buying for electronic issues. They fixed the problem and was fine. Now has another electronic problem. Will be taking it in for a third time to fix it They have not been able to correct it thus far.....other than that I love the car.

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

Very responsive handling, which makes it fun to drive. You'll get a sport feel in an SUV. The panoramic sunroof is great for summer evening cruising. Seats are a bit stiff, but you almost don't notice because you're too busy enjoying the interior design.

Recall, & routine maintenance, was done. “Check Engine Light” was investigated. No service necessary. Recommended multiple service items totaling well over $1,500. Deferring many of them. The vehicle has been well maintained and cared for and I was a little put off by the items on the list. Most of the previous service was done by a competing Ford dealer and I never got the “empty the checkbook” service recommendations. But what they serviced was done well.

We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

I have been saving for a new Highlander for 2 years in the color of Ruby Pearl. I went in to order my new SUV and Troy informed my because of the situation stemming from covid it could take up to 6 months to come in. Well he was correct it did take 6 month but I love, love my new Highlander. Troy kept me informed the whole time and even offered me a few other ones that came in, just in case I was tired of waiting. I have been coming to Byers Toyota for over 10 years for service on my 4 Runner and the service dept is also excellent. I would absolutely recommend Byers Toyota!

It's great the ride is very quiet and comfortable, smooth and it will get you a speeding ticket. Audi has a great warranty on their vehicles.

Have had my 2011 Saab 9 3 XWD Serviced Several Times. They try to do the best they can considering that GM Screwed Saab by forcing them to File Bankruptcy. Have appointment for 07/29/2023 to check car out.

I had my car serviced Gabby was very professional giving me a estimate and scheduling, the service personnel was excellent recording the repair and recommended changes fair price timely repairs I have been coming here for several years and they always give me great service I have a 2002 audi quto with 130k miles so things need repair or replace thanks Gabby

A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.

Not exactly the vehicle for a large family, but definitely a step up from the Acadia. Fast for a small SUV. Definitely look forward to driving it.

Owned various BMW's for several decades and now am an Audi convert. The Q5 is luxurious, has multitude of electronic features, good gas mileage yet powerful, and can fit my bike in back.

The black 2022 Audi Q5 is great looking and has amazing performance! My only complaint would be I've had a couple of small problems you wouldn't expect from a brand new car! I.e.- Rear hatch doesn't close all the way sometimes & pops up. It stays closed but not tight and the dash light comes on, tire pressure doesn't consistently stay the same?(No idea why but definitely unusual)
