Classic just gained a new family for cars! Thanks to Bri and the service team. Took us right away with our Dodge Hornet even tho we left and within the hour the service engine light came back on. I called Bro right away and she reassured me to bring it back tomorrow and they will look at it and make sure they get to the problem. We love our hornets and we know it’s going to have its issues. It’s the first Gen of hornets. But other than that they made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Thanks again

I really liked this car. The engine has a very long life, it is as old as me(almost 9 in September) and still in as good condition as a factory version! The ride quality is amazing and it is soooo smooth! Very powerful. Great suspension and transmission.

Very smooth comfortable ride. I have a Q5 2018 and so far no problem. Never thought I will get used to driving a SUV since my last car was an A6 which I kept for 13 years.

Traded in my Tahoe for this and have loved every minute driving this car! I have one in a car seat, and still have plenty of room. Such a smooth drive. I test drove so many cars and this by far beat them all. You get so much for the money, plus great safety ratings!

I have a troublesome old car that I need to trade off and find a new car right away. The experience with CarMax was better than I expected, even with my poor credit rating. I found the car that I like and in my price range online prior to arrive the car dealer. The whole process -from the appraisal of my old car, financing a new loan, inspect the new car and a trip around to fetch documentations, under sales lady Shirley Gainey's assistant went extremely smooth. It took only a few hours and all done! I had my nearly new car !

We love this car. Extremely comfortable to drive, spacious and with it's 4cyl 2L GDI turbo engine is one of the most fuel efficient SUVs on the market. Our Q5 has 170,000 miles, had various age resulted suspension, fuel and water pump repair/maintenance but nothing too abnormal. With continued maintenance it will run another 50k miles so we hope. Next we will go electric with the ID4 or Q4 e-tron

Had a wonderful experience working with Meagin Wright. She made the process super easy and was great at communicating. Bryan Nichols and Tanner Fisher were also great and made the process quick and easy. Was able to do most of the transaction via text/email and was able to spend the least amount of time in the dealership. It was great and they were very accommodating to my schedule. No hidden fees or tricks, just honest good people.

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

WHAT A GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! A drunk driver decided to intentionally hit and ram my car six times as well as 6 other cars parked in my complex. And my car was totaled!! Yesterday I walked out of the Hendrick Honda dealership with a Brand New 2025 Honda Accord and 1 am extremely grateful to Mr. Nate Pearson and Christopher Robinson and Tim McGuire, Thank you sooooo much for making it happen for me and giving me such an easy process and the empathy for my situation. Love my Audi Q5!! It’s the Best car I have ever owned. Great on highways with a ultra smooth ride. Great gas mileage and love love the interior. Sunroof is to die for (it spans the whole ceiling) It has great trunk storage (both back seats fold down) that can hold a lot!! Furniture, tables, etc. I have had mine for 7 years. It’s a forever car!!

It's great the ride is very quiet and comfortable, smooth and it will get you a speeding ticket. Audi has a great warranty on their vehicles.

We were interested in a vehicle at CarMax about 275 miles from where we live. We paid to have the car delivered to the location near us. There was nothing specific that the CarMax dealer did other than be sure the car was moved as quickly as possible. We did not visit the location where the car was being offered and the car was not delivered to our home.

It is my second Audi Q5 car. I never had a problem with Audi. Great for a big family. Very comfortable seats and also fast.
