On a weekend I sent a request for further info on a Tesla I found through another website. Francisco Lasprilla called me immediately, diligently followed up with me on every question. We bought the car and were so pleased with our purchase and their service, especially Francisco's. Today I received the plate and the registration all coordinated by Francisco, who kept me informed on all the steps. This is a wonderful dealership and Francisco was simply superb. Diana Guti�rrez is amazing. However, I'm disappointed when I look at a bill for $117 for wiper blades. $81 in labor to put 2 blades on ? 5 minutes or less. That to me is outrageous. Service was great. Facility is great, but feel gouged after my wife returned and I saw the invoice.

This time I went for the first year service. JC (Juan Carlos)was excellent, very efficient. I have been going to Audi North Miami since 2018, to lease, purchase and service and they do an excellent job in all areas.
