I had a good experience working with Elvis buying a used car. It was quick and easy to find a salesperson willing to do a test drive. They walked me through all the most important features and were very friendly. In between my test drive and purchasing the vehicle, Elvis was very responsive by text when I had questions regarding the maintenance and service history of the vehicle. Elvis provided a CarFax report upon request. The negotiation process was a relatively quick experience. They gave me a fair price for the vehicle and didn't run me around in circles. On the day of the pickup, Mike did an excellent job walking me through the setup of Audi Connect and going through the features of the car. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the car. Service Consultant did an exceptional job at customer service and communication with me to keep me informed with repair needed, under warranty, taking care of rental for first 2 days and then getting me a brand new loaner, which I had for a month since the part was back ordered. I really appreciated the loaner and great customer service. Service Manager, Ashley, took good care of me when I returned the loaner, she was so nice and friendly.
