I purchased a 2008 CL 550 that I absolutely love. It drives almost like it’s brand new despite being 18 years old. My salesman Chris went above and beyond with getting me in this car and even fixed the air conditioner on another vehicle I drove there to buy this car! I’ve never had that happen before. I have to first admit that before doing lots of research I didn’t know much about the Audi brand. Once I gave it a good look over and got inside I was amazed at how comfortable and luxurious it is. The seats are very comfortable. The interior is very stylish. Once I put the Q7 in gear I knew instantly that I wanted it. It rides so smoothly. It takes bumps well. It doesn’t even feel like you’re driving such a sizable vehicle. It has a premium sound system, panoramic roof, navigation and much more. Either used or new, I would definitely recommend considering purchasing a Audi Q7.

It’s a good car but I have a antifreeze leak somewhere and I got it pressure tested and the shop found no leaks.It can get expensive buying antifreeze.

This car has the room for 7 and style so you dont look like your driving a land yacht. The power is there to get you ahead of the traffic, great sound system and features.

I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

Upon inspection, it turned out that plugs had been used as a temporary fix rather than properly addressing the issue. This was unexpected and concerning, as I had hoped for greater transparency regarding the vehicle's condition. While I appreciated the efficiency and service during the sale, I hope the team takes this feedback seriously and ensures that future vehicles are fully inspected and represented. I’d encourage potential buyers to have a thorough inspection before finalizing a purchase.

This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

Very fast SUV, it looks like the car is not heavy for the Engine. Very comforable. Nice driving. Customer service in Southamerica is not so good. In general I am very happy.

Only reason why I gave facilities a lower score is because they were going through a lot of construction and we were in a temporary location. But they went out of their way to make sure everyone was comfortable.

Had no issues with vehicles performance. In fact I averaged 24 MPG on 62,000 miles driven in the Dallas Fort Worth area. You don't get that with any SUV, but this Q7 did!

Highly recommended and good people to deal with. Dealt with them twice and would love to buy another car with them.

When you want luxury with this car you got it all. Three rows, heated and cooling seats with cupholders, supercharged, clean, runs fantastic. 130,000 miles but for the price you can't beat it. Asking Blue book value was 4g more. I have great credit and instantly got approved for it. They couldn't find anyone who could get approved even though there were so many before me that wanted this SUV. Thank you and I am so happy with my choice!
