I took my S Class, 560 into get a repair done on the driver's window button. I worked with Drew Weinberg and he was nothing short of spectacular in helping me. He kept me apprised of everything that was going on with my car, I was treated to coffee and cookies while I waited. I also bought an interior fragrance atomizer that Drew also quickly installed for me. This was my. first in person experience with Mercedes Benz of Easton and I came away highly impressed. That is the whole operation, including my very first contact, Brad Martinkovich. He connected me initially with Drew and Drew took over from there. Again, Drew Weinberg. deserves all the credit for making my experience there so nice. Thanks Drew!!!! I will be back for all of my service on the 560!!! Also I would like to give a shout out to a lady working in the service area who actually help me decide which atomizer to buy!. She was super nice and helped me along!!!!! I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

Great car! Just wish I actually owned it and that the dealer would stop holding the title lien status hostage. Would be nice to be able to drive a car that is actually legal to drive.
