Found the car I wanted to buy in the hands of Audi Hunt Valley. I messaged them right away and they got back to me immediately. Melvin guided me through the process over email and a few calls while I prepared to visit and test drive the used BMW 430i XDrive Gran Coupe. He went above and beyond to work with me and we made a deal that was a win-win for them and I. I would recommend them and perhaps in the future (don?t anticipate needing to any time soon) I would visit and look to them for my next car.

Purchased a new Ram 2500 Diesel. I live in WV, drove to Baltimore after working out a deal over the phone. My salesperson Rich and Mel, the finance manager, took care of everything so all I had to do was sign papers when I got there. Good price, good financing deal, in and out. Great experience.

I can't begin to tell you how easy the process was. My sales person was Bilal. Not only did he get me approved with a credit score of 430, he also had my vehicle detailed, gas, snd even lunch all in under 30 minutes. Well built vehicle drives well and is very comfortable. I would recommend this car to anyone that is looking for style and comfort in a car.

I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

So, I know better than to purchase a new vehicle when the manufacturer makes major modifications to an existing model but bought the newly revamped (at least its' electronics) Q5. Before 3000 miles, had significant issues with the MMI. Brought the vehicle to the local dealership and was informed that the software required a significant update. The service advisor at Audi Hunt Valley is among the best I've ever encountered! Kept me apprised of vehicle status and exceeded my expectations. Thank you Jordan!

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

I was in the market for a new vehicle and found Ourisman Honda of Laurel very easy to work with over email/text unlike other dealerships. They were able to provide me with a written detailed cost of our final agreed upon price which saved me time once I got to the dealership to complete the purchase. Some other dealerships were not willing to put anything in writing or weren't very timely in their responses. I also had the best sales rep, Chuka! He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and I did not feel rushed or pressured during my test drive. On the day of my purchase he was there to greet me and help me through the process. He even so kindly asked if he could help move the process along by moving my belongings from my old vehicle to the new vehicle which he very meticulously put in the same place. That was a big help and saved me time while I finished up the paperwork. He has also been very responsive in answering follow up questions I had after the vehicle purchase. I had a test driving at Ideal Auto,The rear seat is not very comfortable but the trunk has a lot of room, which makes it suitable for long trips .

This dealership has been refreshing. I was overwhelmed by the level of concern shown to me during my visit. I was most impressed with the price even when they had given me a unbeatable deal they tried doing even better then that! I've never experienced this level of service at any dealer! Just awesome. I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.
