Everything was great from the first call to the last. Dealt with Kevin mostly, it was a smooth, quick deal with none of the typical haggling and runaround you get from other dealers. Response time to questions and pics requested (car was purchased remotely) was quick. Even when there was a slight snafu with shipping (not the fault of Sky Motors), they stepped in and got it taken care of. No doubt I’ll look to them first when it’s time for my next vehicle.

Took my son to buy his first used car! We met with Jose Lasalle as soon as we got in the parking lot! He was kind, knowledgeable and funny! We all hit it off right away! I purchased a 2008 Porsche Carrera S Cab from Dave’s shop three years ago. The Car is first rate as is the Manager Dave. See less purchase and delivery. What absolutely sold me was our initial meeting when I mentioned I wanted the car at Conshohocken Porsche, prior to purchase, for their 100 point check. Some used car dealers would balk, Dave offered to drive me over to the dealership. The service Manager at Porsche said the cat, despite its age, was without flaw. I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

Blown away by the amount of work these guys put in to get me into my Mini! I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

I can’t say enough good things about buying a vehicle from this dealership. The sales people were all tied up, so I dealt directly with Leo and Frank who are managers. They were wonderful about everything and knew the history of the pre-owned vechile that I purchased. They have this supreme coffee machine which was confusing to work but the best coffee I ever had. And the little time that I had to wait, their facilities were so nice and clean that it made it enjoyable. Thank you again and I love my Q5!

My wife bought a car from Audi Turnersville, but unfortunately, out of the dealership’s control, an option that was supposed to be included in the purchased package for the vehicle was missing. We immediately contacted the dealership and spoke with the GM, Jimmy McGee, the Sales Manager, John Dillenbeck, and the Assistant Manager, Michael Mazzone. I am thrilled they didn't just make it right; they went above and beyond to rectify the issue! They are a fantastic team, and their outstanding customer service is truly appreciated. My Car sells nice cars with a excellent price. If you found a car you want from them, just go buy it immediately. Otherwise, others will do it in a next minute. Junior is a easygoing guy. There’s no way you can find other dealer like this around DE area. I enjoyed the entire process with my purchase. Not sure why someone blame on the dealer when they could not purchase a car. Phone call agreement? What the xxxx is that. How about I told them I go purchase their car next year and give them 1 star if they sell it to others. You paid for mechanic to check out the car. That’s your problem. There’s nothing to do with the dealer. The dealer did not receive any money for that. ‘First Come First Serve’ that how you run a business. My Car doesn’t take deposit on any cars, which mean If you really want the car, please make sure you are waiting outside before the dealer opens. That’s how i did on most of my purchase. You and me both knew what’s in the car. Even The dealer markup that car $10k more, it’s still worth it. PS: I was there 3 days before you check out the car. Either way, you are not the first anyway.
