I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

I had an overall really good experience. This is the purchase of my first car, personally, I don't have a lot of knowledge regarding the automotive industry and mechanics, so the guidance from the salesperson was very helpful and it's clear that it was in her interest for me to get the best deal possible. One thing I would recommend as an improvement is that I felt pressured to make a decision at points in the process. I understand that the role of a salesperson is to guide the customer into making a decision, but sometimes I felt that not all of my doubts were answered, or that there wasn't enough clarity on what stage of the process we were in. Additionally, the car turned out to have a malfunction on the battery two days after the purchase, which shows that the repair process wasn't done with extreme attention to detail. However, the staff was efficient and really helpful in fixing the issue and ensuring I was satisfied with my choice. The thing I'll highlight the most about the experience is the dedication to the customer and the desire for me to get a great deal.

I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

On a weekend I sent a request for further info on a Tesla I found through another website. Francisco Lasprilla called me immediately, diligently followed up with me on every question. We bought the car and were so pleased with our purchase and their service, especially Francisco's. Today I received the plate and the registration all coordinated by Francisco, who kept me informed on all the steps. This is a wonderful dealership and Francisco was simply superb. Will highly recommend. Thank you so much for all you did for us. Next time (or may be another life) we will stop by to purchase that gorgeous yellow Ferrari. I've had experiences at other dealerships where the consultant was pushy, not here. Ariel and Florin Nista the General Manager was knowledgable and so pleasant to work with. They took the time to explain to me the options between leasing and purchasing, which made my decision so much easier. It is always nice when the sales person and General Manager is excited for you too! After being a Mercedes owner for 18 years, this is by far the best experience I ever had purchasing a vehicle. Excellent vehicle overall. It’s quiet, very good ride and handling with technology galore. The seats are very comfortable and especially with the heated massage option and ventilated for warm weather driving. The climate control system is top notch as is the standard B&O sound system which sounds every bit as good as the top line B&O in our A8L. The interior is spacious but storage is limited so gives you a good reason to de clutter! The third seat is not important to us and goes unused but I sure wouldn’t want to try to sit back there! There is plenty of power with the hybrid 6 and the laser matrix design headlights are nothing short of spectacular! The night vision system is especially useful for remote locations for deer, animals, etc. and in urban driving for pedestrians, cyclists, dogs et al. Some niggles include a weird shift pattern, way too many nanny warnings, a confusing setup for different drivers to store their individual preferences and not be able to do things like leave the vehicle running to get out to do something as simple as run back in the house for something you forgot. All in all, a luxurious SUV with great overall performance yet very economical to operate as gas mileage is good and routine maintenance is minimal. We love our Audi’s and the Q7 is a great addition to our garage.

I was super impressed with this dealership its HUGE. I went in wanting to purchase a Nissan Frontier. The customer service was exceptional. Teresa was my sales personnel she was very knowledgeable and kind. I would have to say the finance department could use a little work on providing faster assistance. Despite finance department I was very happy with my shopping experience . Definitely coming back.

Called the dealer, drove down the next day, test drove the car and made an offer. Deal was done in an hour. And, they gave me above market value for my 2015 Audi Q7.

Only had it 2 days but love it so far. Doesn’t have as much storage for a grandma who drives grandkids around. No where to put a box of Kleenex!

I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.
