I had been watching cars.com and other web sites for a 2020 or 2021 Audi Q7 for months. This car popped up, met my basic qualifications and was only 50 miles from my house. Called the dealer, drove down the next day, test drove the car and made an offer. Deal was done in an hour. And, they gave me above market value for my 2015 Audi Q7.

No experience in repair rating so average given. Overall 4 stars due to no one being perfect. They came very close. We will recommend Velocity to anyone needing a near new vehicle.

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

I had the pleasure of working with Sunburst Auto Sales to acquire a 2004 Corvette. Car was listed on internet for one day and I sent in a request about purchasing. I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

What a wonderful experience in buying buying a car . Jamin was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and financing was a breeze. We know repairs can be more expensive but we really like our Audi. I think that’s the key. We don’t leave the house worrying about a failure. A new set of tires was $900🙂. The big shock was a battery replacement, my goodness $750.🙄. It’s solid, pretty and enjoyable ride. The entertainment group is a bit silly but once you get used to it it’s still a pain😊. We enjoy our Audi but costs are higher.

Action Auto was awesome! Haven was super kind and patient. While we were test driving she found more recommendations for us based on what we showed interest in while keeping our budget and needs in mind! I didn’t feel pressured or pushed at all, and we got an amazing car out of it! I highly recommend going through them!

This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

Havent bought en a car here but Alan was incredibly kind and helpful as I was comparing 2 cars. He was getting on the icy ground with me to check out the underside and parked them side by side. 10/10 not only an awesome employee but a great guy. Worth it.

This. Who me drives amazing, doesn’t feel like an SUB when your driving it. Over 300HP, live the third row seat and it is spacious.

Easy deals. Most cars in good condition and low miles etc. They keep up in bringuna in bewar cans thats a big plus for me.

Audi is a great car overall. Well made. Very dependable. Always a smooth ride. Requires minimum extra maintenance. Can be depended on. What else can I say!
