I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

Have had consistently good and friendly service from the service center. they promptly call to remind me of needed service, have appointments available and do their best to get you out expeditiously. most recently, for an oil change, Guerro was extra nice and professional and provided great service! He was thorough, got the job done within the scheduled time and answered all of my questions.

Well built vehicle drives well and is very comfortable. I would recommend this car to anyone that is looking for style and comfort in a car.

I had the greatest experience at the Audi Service Center in Fair Lawn , NJ . I have a 2008 Audi Q7 . I went to Audi for an oil change and there was a minor accident with my wipes. Sam was very professional and told me to leave the car for replacement. He said that it would be ready by Friday . On Friday he called me , the car was ready and perfect . I appreciate the high level of professionalism and excellent service . The staff are well educated and they have the best espresso coffee (:

I saw an SUV online @ RT46 Mitsubishi in Totowa NJ. that want to see. I saw a salesman named Omar about it. He acted fast told me to take it for test drive. Once I got back we started talking price that I can afford. He was so professional on answering all my questions too, and the management team handled it all themselves too.I felt comfortable since the first walk into the dealer. I was offered coffee and thoutgave out bottles of water.. I'm happy with my Jeep I purchase. I give Onar and his team 5 stars. Excellent vehicle overall. It’s quiet, very good ride and handling with technology galore. The seats are very comfortable and especially with the heated massage option and ventilated for warm weather driving. The climate control system is top notch as is the standard B&O sound system which sounds every bit as good as the top line B&O in our A8L. The interior is spacious but storage is limited so gives you a good reason to de clutter! The third seat is not important to us and goes unused but I sure wouldn’t want to try to sit back there! There is plenty of power with the hybrid 6 and the laser matrix design headlights are nothing short of spectacular! The night vision system is especially useful for remote locations for deer, animals, etc. and in urban driving for pedestrians, cyclists, dogs et al. Some niggles include a weird shift pattern, way too many nanny warnings, a confusing setup for different drivers to store their individual preferences and not be able to do things like leave the vehicle running to get out to do something as simple as run back in the house for something you forgot. All in all, a luxurious SUV with great overall performance yet very economical to operate as gas mileage is good and routine maintenance is minimal. We love our Audi’s and the Q7 is a great addition to our garage.

Only had it 2 days but love it so far. Doesn’t have as much storage for a grandma who drives grandkids around. No where to put a box of Kleenex!

Audi is a great car overall. Well made. Very dependable. Always a smooth ride. Requires minimum extra maintenance. Can be depended on. What else can I say!

There was a misunderstanding in regards to the online pricing, but Jeremy reached out to me and we straightened it out. Upon making the deal over the phone and text, I was able to signed remotely, and pick it up on a Sunday. The vehicle was immaculate and I now wonder why it took me so long to upgrade my vehicle. This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

It’s a good car but I have a antifreeze leak somewhere and I got it pressure tested and the shop found no leaks.It can get expensive buying antifreeze.

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Adam’s Auto Group in Little Ferry, New Jersey. I especially want to recognize my salesperson, Cheyenne. He stayed in contact with me during the process and facilitated the transfer of necessary paper work. Although the car I originally wanted was sold (a misunderstanding of certain terminology – “Deposit” vs. “Down Payment”), Cheyenne worked (even on his day off) to make sure that my second choice proceeded without a hitch. The staff at Adam’s is helpful and knowledgeable, and their vehicles are top-notch. I would, however, suggest that better communication between the two locations (they also have a store in Paterson N.J.) would make the buying experience less fragmented and feel more “of-a-piece”.

I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

I walked in and met with Jerry he was very transparent and upfront about everything. I did not purchase a the vehicle I wanted simply because the a few factors mainly price and trade in value. I would say it was one of the most respectful interactions I’ve had at a dealership I didn’t feel pressured for anything or feel like they weren’t honest with me. I would definitely recommend this dealer for someone who wants up front pricing and transparency. Just because I did not get to purchase a vehicle from them does not remove a star I understand their part being a business at the end of the day
