Upon drop off I had an easy check-in process and a brand new loaner car waiting so I could continue with my daily routines. The extended warranty that I bought at the time of purchase has far exceeded its value and cost. Before picking up my vehicle after service I was provided with a detailed video with a certified mechanic covering all the different services that were performed that day. Upon pickup I was greeted by my service advisor and walked out to my car that was freshly washed and clean. Exceptional service in today's industry!

I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

Back in early July 2024 I visited Findlay Henderson Nissan in search of a Nissan Rogue. My intial experience wasn't the best, however, a manager followed up, called me, listened to my issue, apologized for my experience and invited to returen to view more Rogues. When I returned, Stephanie and other staff were very understanding and accommodating. They compared and offered several financing options, and helped me find he right used Rogue for me. I had been watching cars.com and other web sites for a 2020 or 2021 Audi Q7 for months. This car popped up, met my basic qualifications and was only 50 miles from my house. Called the dealer, drove down the next day, test drove the car and made an offer. Deal was done in an hour. And, they gave me above market value for my 2015 Audi Q7.

Our sales agent was great, knowledgeable and great with follow thru. We had to wait a very long time to finish paperwork- which is my only complaint.

Best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. They still use the age old "up" system in greeting walk in prospects, which is fair to the sales people, but we didn't feel like we were just a number. No price negotiations here as the posted price is what it is and the sales people don't work on commission. We had searched their inventory via internet and indicated the vehicle which we were interested in looking at. It was parked at the front entrance waiting for us when we arrived at our appointment time. We ended up buying it. Will buy our next car here too.

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

I recently brought my car to the Gaudin Porsche Dealership in Las Vegas for service, I own a Porsche Taycan and it had a glitch in one of the charging ports. I have to say that it was a pleasant experience all around, friendly staff and Mr. Paul Molina the Service Manager was an amazing host, he explained the entire process, he kindly provided a courtesy vehicle and my car was ready like new in no time. I really like it. I have the Prestige package. Some disappointments however. When turning from a slow speed or stop there is often a lag or bucking. So I need to be careful especially when pulling into traffic. It is annoying for 85k vehicle. Also had it with my 2018. Figured it would be fixed by now. Common Audi issue I have read. Limited interior storage space. Voice navigation command is iffy so I use Waze. MPG is less than my 18 model. Same 3.0. It gets better in Dynamic mode. Otherwise I love driving it. Style is nice and gets a lot of comments. Interior comfort is fine with a nice sense of control. I think I would buy another one but not if they don't fix the lag. I feel it could be a safety negative. Electronics are abundant. Takes some time to get used to them all. Probably I don't even use them all. I pull out manual off and on and still discovering things after a year. Overall though I really enjoy driving it.

Very fast SUV, it looks like the car is not heavy for the Engine. Very comforable. Nice driving. Customer service in Southamerica is not so good. In general I am very happy.

It’s a good car but I have a antifreeze leak somewhere and I got it pressure tested and the shop found no leaks.It can get expensive buying antifreeze.

I traveled to Las Vegas on a roadtrip through the desert, and my coolant light came on. I was nervous because the temperature was close to 120. They arranged for my car to be looked at first thing the following morning. The entire staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Shannon even set me up with a loaner vehicle so I could return to the hotel to pick up my belongings. By the time I returned, my car had been repaired and was ready. I was able to drive home safely. In true Audi form, the team performed and took great care of me.

This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

I love the design of the old Q7. Spacious, very comfortable! Lots of extras. It can seat 7. Perfect family getaway car for the whole family.
