Used Audi Q7 for sale near Williamsburg, OH

My husband and I called on a used CRV at Mercedes Benz Fort Mitchell and Donald immediately answered. He quickly got back to us about the car’s availability and set up a test drive for us the next day. He was very friendly, professional, proactive with getting all our questions answered/addressing our concerns, created an easy straight forward buying process, and went out of his way to give us the best experience. Donald coordinated with multiple co-workers (his manager, loaner worker, detailing worker, financial worker, etc.) to sort out details during the buying process and getting a large scratch fixed on our car (which looks amazing now). Not only are we happy with our recent used CRV purchase from Mercedes Benz but we are grateful for the thorough services we received from our car salesman Donald! this may be a bit lengthy, but i think it’s important to give all of my opinion. i was looking for a 2015 or newer 1/2-ton full size pickup. they had several on their lot. i ended up with a 2019 ram 1500 classic big horn. i went here because they had a large variety of vehicles but specifically because they had the truck i wanted at the price i was looking to pay. i initially made contact with jesus, but finished with myron. they were both friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. a++ to both them and all of the staff i had contact with. i waited a couple weeks to write this review because i wanted time to see if any previously unidentified issues popped up with the vehicle and i can confidently say that it has run very well & i have had NO PROBLEMS with it. the pros: large selection of quality cars very easy to work with accommodating to my needs/requests above & beyond with cooperation and negotiation. no high pressure sales or multitudes of “add-ons” carfax included, plus they had a long history of maintenance records on the vehicle that they attached (prior to signing) the cons: beware of the “55 point inspection”. my mechanic found a few things that should have been caught during the inspection. so either they missed them or they didn’t consider them immediate enough to fix. (totally fair, i have no problem with that.). there was one not-quite-major-but-significant issue identified but we worked that out to my 100% satisfaction. (make sure you get an independent opinion on ANY used car you are looking to buy no matter where you get it. it’s a good practice.) the bottom line, aka tl;dr so would i buy another car from them in the future. yes, i absolutely would buy from them again. if you are looking for a good quality vehicle at a fair price, i recommend you at least go see what they have to offer.

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

They were very creative and resourceful with Financing. They made sure that I got the car of my dreams... I'd recommend them to anyone....

This is my 3rd Audi! I love the German engineering! Interior is simply amazing! The heated cool massaging seats will spoil you! Just buy one!

I called and asked about the Mercedes. I came the next day paid for it. Everything was great. The owner is phenomenal. Also people who worked there our phenomenal. The owner made sure that I had new tires and a new key filled me up detailed my car I called him the next day to let him know about a small issue. He fixed it immediately. I will be coming back to buy another car

I can tow 7700 pounds and haul 7 passengers. Sure the 3rd row seat is small, but so are kids, who would be riding back there anyway. Way better value than a Suburban- and does almost all the same things only better- if you need to tow something large, you have to consider this option. The interior finishings are truly German Luxury.

We went out to look at a convertible A5. Columbia had the color combo desired vs another dealer. They could not have been nicer, responsive and the consultant kept in contact thoughtfully. The buying experience was enjoyable, and the A5 convertible is awesome. Haven’t had to service yet, but they do communicate on scheduled maintenance. So far so good. Thanks Ron, I love my car!

It’s a good car but I have a antifreeze leak somewhere and I got it pressure tested and the shop found no leaks.It can get expensive buying antifreeze.

This is my first experience with Audi and I am extremely happy with this beautiful SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable and the power and acceleration are impressive. I find myself going to the store for no reason and a recent drive to visit my parents 400 miles away went quickly thanks to the massaging seats and powerful Bose stereo. Very happy so far with my Q7.

Great car tons of room for a family. Drives smooth and very comfortable. Gas mileage is ok but for the size not to bad. Looks very sporty.

The sales rep I had was very professional. All paperwork was handled with care and explained to me in detail before signing. After the paperwork was taken care of the sales rep, assisted me in removing property from my trade-in and transferring it to the new vehicle. He was very nice to my wife and made sure she Had bottle water or sodas, and carried a friendly conversation with her while I was signing paperwork. before taking possession of the new vehicle, he made sure it had been detailed. After explaining details of the vehicle he insisted that I come back the next day so he could go over everything and make sure that I understand the operations of the vehicle. In my opinion, he went above and beyond what was normally done. While signing the paperwork, I was asked by multiple sales personnel if I needed anything. Everyone was friendly and gave you the impression that they were there to help if I needed anything while my sales rep was shuffling the paperwork back-and-forth. I rate the dealership and the sales personnel an A+.

Had an excellent experience buying my new Q7 Prestige. Called to see if a vehicle was available, salesman said it was not but just got a new one in. This car is sleek and smooth. Comfortable seats. Panoramic moonroof is amazing for star gazing! Two TV screens in the head rests. Third row seating. It’s been a very nice car for us.
