Excellent experience overall. Maddie was knowledgeable and honest, she even informed me that I still had one remaining service under Audi Care that carried over from the previous owner. She easily could have left that out and let me pay for the full 40K service, but she didn?t, which I really appreciated. That level of transparency is exactly how trust in a dealership is built. I received a full diagnostic report along with a detailed video walkthrough of the car, explaining everything that was done. The video showed my brake pads were down to 2mm, which I appreciated for the added transparency. I decided to replace the rotors as well, and the entire job was completed in under 24 hours. They were also willing to come down significantly on the price, which was a nice surprise. I picked up the car from Daniel since Maddie was out that day, and he was just as solid and honest.
