Used Audi Q8 55 Premium Plus for sale near Dallas, TX

As a first time Audi buyer, I am Impressed with the service provided by the staff at Audi, especially the service provided by both Nick and Spencer. I am excited about my purchase and look forward to a long partnership with Audi. The dealership is going through a remodel, but that did not take away from top notch service.

Fantastic, personable, efficient service from the moment we visited the dealership to look and test drive cars, through the purchasing process and meeting with a technician to learn how to use and set up features on the 2026 Q3.

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

First off, I have to comment on how safe I feel driving the car especially on the highway at higher speeds. It gives me peace of mind given that I transport my six grandchildren routinely. The car is extremely comfortable but I’m a short individual and have to sit fairly close to the dashboard. A right-hand armrest that could be raised and lowered as needed would enhance my comfort since I don’t reach the center console while driving. In addition a seat bolster that inflated the sides of the seat would enhance the car’s comfort for someone of my stature. A bit more storage room in the center console would be nice but I absolutely love the phone charging pad which does take up some of the room in the console. In addition, I love that the car verbally tells you if you leave your cell phone behind as you exit the car; that’s awesome! The stereo system is incredible, and the fact that you can modify and personalize the screens for your favorites enhances the car’s ease of use. The ride is so smooth you need to watch your speed because the car is quiet, and accelerates readily. I absolutely love this car.

The q8 exceeded my expectations in all aspects. It handles like a sports car while offering the safety and size of an suv. This vehicle is so luxurious inside and out.

Karma DFW was very responsive. I was interested in a 928 GTS but it turned out to have an automatic transmission. The write up had stated it was a manual transmission but the pics included showed it was an automatic transmission. Karma DFW verified it was an automatic. I was looking for a manual transmission.

Purchased a highly optioned Q8 (air suspension, 4wheel steering, full leather, 5K B&O stereo, all S-line packages). Was comparing against a Cayenne S of the same model year. The Cayenne S was not quite as nicely specced as the Q8, but obviously has the more powerful motor than the standard Q8. Porsche does their full leather interiors a bit nicer and covers some areas Audi does not, like the lower door panels. The Q8 was significantly quieter inside, but the Cayenne did not have the noise insulated glass option (which made a difference on my prior generation Cayenne). The Q8 did not feel nearly as engaging as the Cayenne, but I felt this made it more stately. Not quite as removed as a Range Rover. The Q8 is a rare bird on the road in my area of the country - more Cayennes and definitely GLSs or X7s. In fact, since I bought mine, I have not seen another Q8 on the road, which gives it a little more of an exclusive feel, if that is important to you. I gave it a 4 for the interior design, because I still like to have physical buttons for the climate control. That may not be important to you. In addition, the rear seats need to be put down manually and on a vehicle around 100K, that would be something I would expect. Otherwise, the interior is excellent from build quality to tech features and ease of use. With the S-line package, there are huge 22" wheel/tire. Surprisingly good ride even in the dynamic mode (note: air suspension was optioned). Overall, very pleased with the Q8.

Grubbs Acura in Grapevine, Texas, is an excellent dealership to purchase a fabulous Acura. I bought my 2nd Acura from Grubbs. Amira (Liz) Romero was great to work with. I initially walked in late in the evening with no appointment with my 88 y/o Mom who I wanted to make sure she could get in and out of the MDX I had my eye on. Liz was kind enough to bring the MDX next to our car to see if Mom could get in and out with her walker. Liz was patient and friendly with my Mom and knew it was important to me to have her comfortable and safe. I made an appointment for the next day to properly test-drive various MDXs. Liz listened to my preferences and concerns then remembered a specific MDX they had on the lot, so she brought it over for me to see. She warned me as she wasn't sure if I'd like the interior color...I took one look and said “I love it” - Red Italian leather! The 3rd MDX we test drove was the charm! Next, I talked to the finance manager, Mandy Matanga. Mandy was friendly and fantastic to work with as she gave me the best deal to fit my budget. Great experience buying a used car from Gary Jones. Very friendly, relaxed and no pressure. Answered questions about possible trade in process and even helped look up prices! They have some bugs to work out with the infotainment tech, but the car is spectacular in every other way!!! And out dealer was SPOT ON!

I have had this car only 2 weeks. It is as beautiful in person as it appeared online. (The car that I purchased had a different color than that of any of that model that I could find in any of the nearby dealerships so it was a bit of a leap of faith seeing it only online.) It rides really well. Since I did not buy it off the lot/had it come from the factory because of options I picked, and the color, I could not get a good deal on it, and it was more than I had originally intended on spending. Still, this model handles extremely well, looks its cost inside and out, and after test driving and extensive research of comparably priced cars among Audi, BMW, Infinity, Cadillac, Lincoln, Land Rover, etc, I still think this is the best of them. This site requires me to put in a rating for reliability but take note that I have owned this car only for two weeks.

No haggle pricing here. Erica was an awesome salesperson, ask for her. Easy transaction, in and out in less than 90 minutes. Mainly as long as you're good with the price, they take you upstairs to finance. Car gets prepped in the meantime with full tank of gas etc. It came back really clean after buying.
