Gerald Jones VW Audi Mazda Subaru review
AMAZING SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!! I start off with those three words so even if you don't read this whole review you get the point. We were traveling through Augusta GA after evacuating from hurricane Ida that had just devastated the New Orleans area. All warning lights popped up on the dash of my 2016 VW Jetta SEL and the vehicle went in to limp mode. Zero power over 35mph. On top of the destruction of hurricane Ida back home in New Orleans now I have a car that just basically gave up on me. The already pit in my stomach became even larger and only the worst case scenarios were going through my head now. A Google search leads me to the amazing team at Gerald Jones Volkswagen and the magic begins. Expecting at least a two or three day hotel stay in Augusta my service advisor Charles Davis takes me in to his service drive and assures me that everything will be alright and immediately puts one of his top techs named Mr. Chris on the case. Turns out it was as simple as a wheel speed sensor that the parts specialist Candace Betsch had sitting on the shelf in the parts department. While waiting on my vehicle to be repaired and strolling through the new car showroom I was greeted by the nicest young lady by the name of Vickie McPhee who introduced herself as the General Manager and was just as sweet as could be making sure that I was doing okay with a true concern about our safety during this hurricane evacuation. She even went as far as to introduce me to one of the owners Mr. David Jones and we had a great conversation as well. Next thing I know my service advisor Charles was standing next to me telling me that the speed sensor had already been replaced and my vehicle after being washed and run through quality control was ready to go. This my friends is one heck of a car dealership that has employed a team of people that truly care about their customers no matter where they are from or what dealership the vehicle was purchased. So I have to leave a review about Brad! The energy and approach of the entire team is personable without pressure or haggling. Also specifically I was going through a big health transition and they made sure I didn’t have to add any concern with the character of the sales experience. Brad made sure I was taken care of, communicated well and wanted me to have no gray area about the details involved in the sale. Another part of this is my old vehicle had come to its end and I was concerned on multiple levels and for them as a team to express naturally a humanity and authentic engagement was comforting to say the least! 2019 Audi Q8 review
The SUV has exceeded all expectations. Great Road Car, excellent handling and comfort. The Acceleration was surprising, I have no issues passing or returning to Hwy speed after slowing down or stopping. Happy Customer.

Great experience with this dealership. Was kept in contact with every step of the way. I work nights so conversing through email was important to help answer all my questions before I took the time to actually visit in person. I was buying a used Ram 1500 but was treated the same as if I were buying that $200000 Audi on the showroom floor. Impressive!
2020 Audi Q8 review
First off, I have to comment on how safe I feel driving the car especially on the highway at higher speeds. It gives me peace of mind given that I transport my six grandchildren routinely. The car is extremely comfortable but I’m a short individual and have to sit fairly close to the dashboard. A right-hand armrest that could be raised and lowered as needed would enhance my comfort since I don’t reach the center console while driving. In addition a seat bolster that inflated the sides of the seat would enhance the car’s comfort for someone of my stature. A bit more storage room in the center console would be nice but I absolutely love the phone charging pad which does take up some of the room in the console. In addition, I love that the car verbally tells you if you leave your cell phone behind as you exit the car; that’s awesome! The stereo system is incredible, and the fact that you can modify and personalize the screens for your favorites enhances the car’s ease of use. The ride is so smooth you need to watch your speed because the car is quiet, and accelerates readily. I absolutely love this car.

2022 Audi Q8 review
Purchased a highly optioned Q8 (air suspension, 4wheel steering, full leather, 5K B&O stereo, all S-line packages). Was comparing against a Cayenne S of the same model year. The Cayenne S was not quite as nicely specced as the Q8, but obviously has the more powerful motor than the standard Q8. Porsche does their full leather interiors a bit nicer and covers some areas Audi does not, like the lower door panels. The Q8 was significantly quieter inside, but the Cayenne did not have the noise insulated glass option (which made a difference on my prior generation Cayenne). The Q8 did not feel nearly as engaging as the Cayenne, but I felt this made it more stately. Not quite as removed as a Range Rover. The Q8 is a rare bird on the road in my area of the country - more Cayennes and definitely GLSs or X7s. In fact, since I bought mine, I have not seen another Q8 on the road, which gives it a little more of an exclusive feel, if that is important to you. I gave it a 4 for the interior design, because I still like to have physical buttons for the climate control. That may not be important to you. In addition, the rear seats need to be put down manually and on a vehicle around 100K, that would be something I would expect. Otherwise, the interior is excellent from build quality to tech features and ease of use. With the S-line package, there are huge 22" wheel/tire. Surprisingly good ride even in the dynamic mode (note: air suspension was optioned). Overall, very pleased with the Q8.
