First off, I have to comment on how safe I feel driving the car especially on the highway at higher speeds. It gives me peace of mind given that I transport my six grandchildren routinely. The car is extremely comfortable but I’m a short individual and have to sit fairly close to the dashboard. A right-hand armrest that could be raised and lowered as needed would enhance my comfort since I don’t reach the center console while driving. In addition a seat bolster that inflated the sides of the seat would enhance the car’s comfort for someone of my stature. A bit more storage room in the center console would be nice but I absolutely love the phone charging pad which does take up some of the room in the console. In addition, I love that the car verbally tells you if you leave your cell phone behind as you exit the car; that’s awesome! The stereo system is incredible, and the fact that you can modify and personalize the screens for your favorites enhances the car’s ease of use. The ride is so smooth you need to watch your speed because the car is quiet, and accelerates readily. I absolutely love this car.

I purchased a used Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG from the Carmax in Costa Mesa, CA about a month ago. I started out by calling the Carmax and reaching a sales agent. She worked with me by setting aside the car so that I could fly down to pick it up. She picked me up from the airport about 15 miles away from their dealership. When I saw the car, I found some minor cosmetic issues with the car and Carmax assured me that they would repair them at my local Carmax in Roseville, CA. I will be writing a review about that Carmax as well. They issued me a form stating repairs to be done at my local dealership. I informed the salesperson that I would be pushing the car a bit and she was fine with it. After the test drive, the car seemed to be in great condition, so we headed in for the paperwork. The appearance inside of the dealership building did not convey a welcoming feeling though. It felt like a warehouse with desks in it. The people within the building were nice and friendly though. The paperwork was pretty quick as I already had a loan check from the credit union. It took about 30 minutes and then I was on my way. Overall, I would say the experience was positive.

This car has all the current features with technology and safety features that anyone can ask for awesome car . Please check the car out.

Khan is the new manager at Infiniti of Glendale and he took care of our recent lease return and new purchase personally. It was an easy, no stress experience along with Jason, our sales guy and his assistant Alladin (AKA Allen). I was put off by the previous experience we had here in 2015 but the new team has earned my trust. They even gave us WIFI and several complimentary oil changes for the new car. Audi did it right to stand out from Mercedes Benz and BMW. Fit and finish is what you would expect from German engineering. Bringing current technologies to the owner.

Purchased a highly optioned Q8 (air suspension, 4wheel steering, full leather, 5K B&O stereo, all S-line packages). Was comparing against a Cayenne S of the same model year. The Cayenne S was not quite as nicely specced as the Q8, but obviously has the more powerful motor than the standard Q8. Porsche does their full leather interiors a bit nicer and covers some areas Audi does not, like the lower door panels. The Q8 was significantly quieter inside, but the Cayenne did not have the noise insulated glass option (which made a difference on my prior generation Cayenne). The Q8 did not feel nearly as engaging as the Cayenne, but I felt this made it more stately. Not quite as removed as a Range Rover. The Q8 is a rare bird on the road in my area of the country - more Cayennes and definitely GLSs or X7s. In fact, since I bought mine, I have not seen another Q8 on the road, which gives it a little more of an exclusive feel, if that is important to you. I gave it a 4 for the interior design, because I still like to have physical buttons for the climate control. That may not be important to you. In addition, the rear seats need to be put down manually and on a vehicle around 100K, that would be something I would expect. Otherwise, the interior is excellent from build quality to tech features and ease of use. With the S-line package, there are huge 22" wheel/tire. Surprisingly good ride even in the dynamic mode (note: air suspension was optioned). Overall, very pleased with the Q8.

It's a hott commodity and I like the way it looks and sounds great to. Handle very well and relaxing. I have to have one with a sunroof .

Dragon Orange is a beautiful color for someone who like to travel a different road than most. It is roomy, powerful and stylish. Interior and electronics are outstanding. This is my 5th Audi. They have all been great cars.

After an introductory text from Austin, I was coordinating an OTD price for the specific stock number. Mo Masadeh (Sales) contacted me and within an afternoon came to an OTD price and scheduled appointment the next day. Mo was amiable to deal with during the whole of our negotiating via text (my preferred contact) and via phone. The sales process was low pressure and professional. In fact, everyone that I dealt with, Collin (Sales Manager) and Peter (Finance) were absolutely professional. I found the vehicle my wife wanted and traveled from the Inland Empire to make my purchase at Audi Fletcher Jones Costa Mesa, so that says something about both my tenacity and the overall professional and amiable experience with this dealership. In fact, my first car of choice was a Mercedes Benz GLE, however, Ms. Stredder?s dedication to provide the best experience at Audi is what detoured us away from Mercedes and into your dealership. It?s a workforce like Ms. Stredder that made a difference, both for your dealership and for your customers. My husband and I were very pleased with the smooth, `no-nonsense? approach Ms. Stredder provided, accompanied by the relaxed and `no pressure? atmosphere there at Audi of Santa Monica. Unfortunately, at the end of our visit, your finance manager devastated our pleasant experience. Mr. Michael Williamson completed the transaction with the final maintenance and service portion. Upon entering his office, he demonstrated an unfriendly, arrogant demeanor. He rambled through the finances in a disinterested and irritated manner. Ms. Stredder had given us a deal which included maintenance in writing. Mr. Williamson called her into the room, unpleasantly, demonstrating rude body language by rolling of the eyes and grunts. He spoke to her in an entitled, rude manner. He scolded Ms. Stredder in his office, in front of his customers for making a deal in writing. If fact, Ms. Stredder?s agreement was what lead us into your dealership to begin with. Regardless of the circumstances, representatives need to be aware of their surroundings while on duty and exhibit a professional manner at all times, remembering that they represent the organization which employs them, in this case, Audi. Mr. Williamson presented a poor representation of Audi by acting unprofessional towards Ms. Stredder in front of customers, which made both my husband and I very uncomfortable while in the room. The room soon turned silent and hostile. Despite Mr. Williamson?s unprofessionalism, Ms. Stredder kindly nodded her head, with a pleasant smile, and apologetic, she notified him that she was going to speak with the manager. Please remind your staff, that all matters with other employees should always be handled behind closed doors and not in front of your customers. We are confident and optimistic that even behind closed doors, employees are treated respectfully.

I contacted them by email about a preowned car and they replied very fast. The salesman was helpful and knowledgeable. I arranged a visit and checked the car, but was not very fond of the black interior, ended up not going ahead with the purchase. Premises are nice, and they surely move a lot of cars there every month. I didn't feel pressured at any time, all in all was a nice experience.

I just recently purchased a Mercedes M-Class from CarMax at Costa Mesa. I was ready with all the salesman pitches, haggling and general unplesantness that is associated with buying a car (paperwork, insurance, time, etc). But moment I walked in Kyle and Ron made me feel welcome and we were outta there with our new car in no time.
