I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I guess you can trust a car dealership. I did and they did not let me down. Thanks guys.

First off, I have to comment on how safe I feel driving the car especially on the highway at higher speeds. It gives me peace of mind given that I transport my six grandchildren routinely. The car is extremely comfortable but I’m a short individual and have to sit fairly close to the dashboard. A right-hand armrest that could be raised and lowered as needed would enhance my comfort since I don’t reach the center console while driving. In addition a seat bolster that inflated the sides of the seat would enhance the car’s comfort for someone of my stature. A bit more storage room in the center console would be nice but I absolutely love the phone charging pad which does take up some of the room in the console. In addition, I love that the car verbally tells you if you leave your cell phone behind as you exit the car; that’s awesome! The stereo system is incredible, and the fact that you can modify and personalize the screens for your favorites enhances the car’s ease of use. The ride is so smooth you need to watch your speed because the car is quiet, and accelerates readily. I absolutely love this car.

The SUV has exceeded all expectations. Great Road Car, excellent handling and comfort. The Acceleration was surprising, I have no issues passing or returning to Hwy speed after slowing down or stopping. Happy Customer.

I will definitely be back, because even though Dealerships are usually more expensive, the stellar customer service that Evan displayed is absolutely priceless and makes it all worth it. Purchased a highly optioned Q8 (air suspension, 4wheel steering, full leather, 5K B&O stereo, all S-line packages). Was comparing against a Cayenne S of the same model year. The Cayenne S was not quite as nicely specced as the Q8, but obviously has the more powerful motor than the standard Q8. Porsche does their full leather interiors a bit nicer and covers some areas Audi does not, like the lower door panels. The Q8 was significantly quieter inside, but the Cayenne did not have the noise insulated glass option (which made a difference on my prior generation Cayenne). The Q8 did not feel nearly as engaging as the Cayenne, but I felt this made it more stately. Not quite as removed as a Range Rover. The Q8 is a rare bird on the road in my area of the country - more Cayennes and definitely GLSs or X7s. In fact, since I bought mine, I have not seen another Q8 on the road, which gives it a little more of an exclusive feel, if that is important to you. I gave it a 4 for the interior design, because I still like to have physical buttons for the climate control. That may not be important to you. In addition, the rear seats need to be put down manually and on a vehicle around 100K, that would be something I would expect. Otherwise, the interior is excellent from build quality to tech features and ease of use. With the S-line package, there are huge 22" wheel/tire. Surprisingly good ride even in the dynamic mode (note: air suspension was optioned). Overall, very pleased with the Q8.

We had been searching causally for a few months for a plug in hybrid suv. We had toured a bunch of different brands and nothing felt right. Inquired about a car online, set an appointment, test drove it, got a very fair trade-in value and had the best experience at their location you could ask for. It literally is the only place I will buy a car moving forward.

Very accommodating to out-of-town buyers, except pay-in-full is required to hold a vehicle. Need more flexibility on this, like allowing sizable deposit with time limits

They have some bugs to work out with the infotainment tech, but the car is spectacular in every other way!!! And out dealer was SPOT ON!
