Kirkwood Audi is amazing! Brought mine in for service and they were incredible! Super polite and car was finished on time and was washed also! I left Plaza Audi because of their bad phone system - no humans just computers without any real help. Their online scheduling was just as bad. When I called Kirkwood they answered the phone, scheduled my appointment, got me in the next business day and took care of my car’s issues. I will go to this dealer for all my work and next car! Originally I showed up to look at a previously owned 2006 Porsche Cayman S; it hadn't yet been prepared for sale. after a test drive and a few discussions over whether or not the car was right for my wife and I, we found that Bob and team at Audi Fresno are absolutely exemplary in the sales, service and customer satisfaction field.
