We had been searching causally for a few months for a plug in hybrid suv. We had toured a bunch of different brands and nothing felt right. We made an appt to see one at this dealership and we’re blown away. The team gave us our most in depth tour (over 2 hours ), helped us navigate finances and find the perfect vehicle. We loved working with Wesley and Jazmin. We’re based in the city, but found the dealership so easy to get to. As young professionals, this was our first big car purchase and know it won’t be out last with this team.

Bought a new Ridgeline RTL from them and was worth the drive from Charlotte. A great dealership that gives fair trade in value and doesn't try and nickel and dime you. If you live in Charlotte, you will want to buy your Honda here versus any of the Charlotte dealerships.

Matthew Ryan answered the phone when I called about a pre owned vehicle at the Audi dealership. There were complications with getting my husband in whose name we had a car loan to the dealership. Matthew brought the car to our home. We did all the paper work inside with the help of George Awad on the hot day. He returned to the dealership, got the VA plates and returned. He "ubered" back to the dealership. Customer Service doesn't come better than that. He gets 10 stars! Thanks for the help, the ingenuity, flexibility, and ability to accommodate us. We needed it.

If I could give the customer service experience more stars, I would! Highly recommend working with Mark Donahue for any Audi needs. I was trading in my A3 for an A4 and Mark took the time to answer all my questions and show me the upgrades that I wasn’t used to (it was very late in the day too). Very impressed with all the staff and will absolutely be returning in the future.

They were professional, courteous and actually cared about what we wanted. Most importantly, they were honest. Communication was too notch and I was updated every step of the way by text or call. They went out of their way to make sure we had the best sales experience from beginning to end. The car itself is beautiful and they didn't cut any corners in the sale. Overall purchase experience was good. However, I am concerned as to the dealers perspective of thoroughly inspecting the vehicle and making its safety standards high when selling used vehicles. The fact that the tires on our recently purchased used vehicle were manufactured in 2021 and the average lifespan of a tire is 4-5 years, with the tread level below the standard. The least the dealership could have done was install new tires with the mindset of safety. This is the second vehicle purchased from this dealership. I understand that the used car market is high in demand. But as a reputable dealership, I would expect a little more courtesy.

I had a good experience with Mastria Volkswagen. I worked with Luis who was knowledgable, patient, and service-focused. He took the time to listen to the features I was looking for and match me with some good options. I then worked with Mark to do the numbers. He took the time to explain things to me which I appreciated. I would recommend others to go here. My only complaint is I went in with a set budget and went with a vehicle over my budget because I loved the car.

Beyond Excellent communication. Justin was helping me and they even made a personalized walk around video of the vehicle I was interested in. Ultimately, the vehicle was located too far for me to get but I can tell the buying experience would have been phenomenal!
